The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was explained fully with regards to different mattresses right down to details of delivery.
We were not pressurised into buying but felt very confident that we would be pleased with the product.

Hawa was brilliant, really friendly and knowledgeable.

I was told you can exchange the bed within 30 days. When I decided to do this they said there was a 10% charge for this. This was not explained to me at the time of purchase. Very poor .
Also the delivery fee is mandatory as you cannot collect the goods yourself. A hidden cost they don't advertise.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product delivered and the level of customer service provided.
Today, I took delivery of a bed and mattress costing in excess of £2000, only for a fault to be identified during assembly by the delivery team themselves. Despite this, I was later informed that no fault had been logged by the delivery drivers, resulting in unnecessary delays and confusion when attempting to resolve the issue.
I contacted the store immediately and was advised that somebody would return my call. Unfortunately, no callback was received. I then contacted customer services directly and was informed that an engineer would contact me within 24 hours. However, shortly afterwards, I received an email advising that this would now take up to 2 days instead.
Given the fact that the fault was identified upon delivery, I would reasonably expect an engineer appointment to be arranged as a matter of urgency. Instead, I have been left without a suitable bed and with no clear resolution timeframe.
I expected both a product of acceptable quality and a significantly higher standard of after-sales care. Regrettably, my experience has fallen well below what I would consider acceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company. The lack of quality control, communication, and urgency in resolving customer issues has been extremely disappointing.

Edit **I have now been advised that an engineer appointment is not available until 11th June!!!

Excellent service from start to finish, went in with a rough idea of what we wanted and a budget, we received great advise and underspent! Delivery was swift and minimal fuss

Phil was extremely helpful. Showed us all options for our adjustable bed.
Purchase was straightforward giving information on delivery.
