Bensons For Beds - Basingstoke Omdömen 

Unfortunately this is my third mattress in 3 years. I have had 2 defective mattresses and on the second replacement Customer Service and store experience was awful.
Store manager rude and unhelpful.
Customer Service showed no interest in my issues and took days to respond.
It took over 2 months from initial enquiry to getting new mattress.

Your staff very helpful, but not overwhelming, they were very knowledgable about the beds, mattresses, and other products available. The lady who served us was polite, well informed, and went out of her way to answer all our queries. She was most helpful, with pricing and explained offers available and when they expired.

Lucy at Basingstoke was outstanding but understand sadly leaving soon, you can't afford to loose staff like her, what knowledge, what a sales person, nothing to much trouble.

The delivery arrived on time, and the delivery team were very helpful and professional, especially when bringing the mattresses into the house. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Good selection of mattresses were available to try, the staff was very helpful with giving insights and choosing the right one for us. They were also very good at keeping the kids entertained to help us make our decision.

Helpful assistant and mattress a good price

I've got to give a big thank you to Tom at the Basingstoke branch of Bensons!
We had already spent several weekends trying out different mattresses from other retailers, although knew we wanted a frame from Bensons. So we tried a couple of other branches on our travels to see what they had.
We settled on one particular mattress and we were given excellent advice and assistance from Tom without any sales push.
After putting our order through Bensons kept me informed on the delivery date, everything was on time and handled with perfectly.
The delivery was great, really nice, polite and helpful gentlemen. It was super handy being able to see where they were in their route, and even gave us a call 30 mins before arrival.
We decided to build the frame ourselves (Darlton ottoman), it was fairly simple although I'll say the very first part of the instructions had us confused, and had to contact Basingstoke (and Tom, apologies!), just due to a possibly out of date print, it showed one small part to fit that didn't exist. All was well once that hiccup was realised.
We're incredibly pleased with our mattress and bed, it's super comfortable and supportive. As mentioned in the title, I really think it makes more sense to have a point of contact in-store rather than online.
