Robin was extremely helpful
Robin was extremely helpful, he watched us walk in and allowed us to walk around for bit. Then he approached us and asked if we needed help. Yes we’d seen 2 beds online and wanted to view them here. He knew the names of both and took us straight upstairs to the showroom to view them. Robin’s knowledge of the beds, the mattresses, differentsizes, the differences between the ottomans we’d seen and the divans. Amazing! I can’t thank him enough for all his help

It was the second time that we've visited the Basildon store. On each occasion we have been welcomed by friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. We will hopefully be returning to make a purchase very shortly. We would definitely recommend this store and the welcoming staff.
