Purchase in showroom, self assemble bed
Showroom person (Lianne) was very helpful and knowledgeable and good with the kids. We found what we wanted. Delivery was efficient. Putting it up took about 1hr30, but all straightforward. Would recommend them.

The salesperson (Aga) is really lovely
The salesperson (Aga) is really lovely. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very easy to talk to. She’s served us twice before when we’ve bought beds and we now only go to store when we know she’s going to be in. She’s a real asset to Benson’s. I wish all salespeople were like Aga.

Fantastic service
My partner and myself walked into the store unsure as to what mattress we needed. Phil greeted us and was extremely helpful with getting us set up on the firmness tester but his knowledge and expertise during the time we were looking at all the options sold us with the mattress (and pillows) we ended up purchasing. He was very friendly and knowledgable which helped making our decision very easy.

New life new bed
Went into store Ashton Under Lyne and found what I wanted, got great assistance from Phil who helped me secure the bed I wanted.
Came back few weeks later to change my mattress as it didn’t suit me and got brilliant discount from the team as it was BH so bonus. Brilliant customer service from the store.

Complete Furnishing of Two Bedrooms
I bought quite a few items of bedroom furniture over three visits to a store, two superking beds with headboards, two wardrobes, four bedside tables and a chest of drawers. I received very helpful advice during the ordering process. Ordering was easy and I wanted the goods delayed whilst construction at home was in progress. The assistant was very helpful with this process.

Absolutely horrific customer service…
Absolutely horrific customer service from this store.
We went in store to purchase a bed and mattress which came to a total of £3.5k. We were in the process of moving house and they said it would take 8 weeks for delivery. The day of delivery my partner took the day of work to ensure it could be built and ready for the night, the same morning he took the old bed/mattress to the tip.
The delivery driver then rang us and told us the wrong address had been noted by the sales assistant in the store! We thought it would be a quick fix and they could deliver it to our house as it was a mistake made by them.
This wasn't the case. We spent two days trying to ring around to find out whats happening and different numbers they gave us. I then personally went into store to speak with the manager as they kept saying the manager isnt available to contact. In store there was no manager. Again, the next day trying to contact the manager and she was in ‘meetings’ all day but was going to call us back. It took nearly 48 hours for her to ring and apologise for what happened. Considering this was their fault. We had no bed or mattress and nothing to compensate.
Its now been cancelled as we spent all of the last few days trying to chase the manager for an update but they didn't seem to care.
So now we have to try find another company for a new bed.
Absolutely disgusting customer service, do not recommend buying from bensons. Save your money.
