Very pleasant experience
When we arrived at Bensons for beds, we were greeted by the very friendly & helpful Farai. He gave us a pillow each and encouraged us to try all the beds we wanted to, he made sure he was always near to us in case we needed any help but without being in our faces.
The mattress which was right for us was the Simba hybrid medium/firm mattress.
The delivery was also great, the delivery people contacted me the day before, to check that the delivery slot was still convenient. On the day, they were running ahead of schedule, so contacted me to see if it was ok to deliver my mattress early. They were both very friendly and efficient.
Overall we have had a great experience and I would highly recommend Bensons for beds.

The staff in the shop where polite very helpful and considerate to our needs.
The delivery men where disrespectful of our new beds that costs over a £1000 each. They dragged them over the floor, They spoke in there native language complaining that they had to go up 2x flights of stairs (which are not steep). They did not greet us with any politeness, they did not smile but continued to natter in there own language. They showed no respect that it was a new build house with new carpets. They have not left with enough bolts for the headboard as there should be 4 on each bed not 2.When showing us how to use the remotes it was up down, that was it. (nothing about setting memory).

Superb customer experience

I was helped by Jake, who answered any questions i had and explained the difference between beds and mattresses that i was interested in. He did not hover around which i personal dislike, but made me aware that if I needed assistance he would be around to help. I was very pleased with my experience. I found that it was easier to choose when seeing these items and being able to test them, than trying to choose online.

Good overall experience
Aga was most helpful and took time to listen to our needs. However whilst the service was very good it was not great having to pay £79 for delivery. Not that I object to delivery charges but maybe a more reasonable amount she £30- £40 would be better.

Perfect all round
Once we entered the showroom the greeting was friendly from the only member of staff as it was near the end of the day. We were given all the help needed once we told what we were after . The smile never stopped all through our search. We arrived near the end of a half price sale. The delivery and removal went fast and flawless. I am soo happy with my experience.
