Gorgeous frames bought three pairs with prescription lenses

Purchased the Ettienne and couldn’t believe the build quality tbh. I’ve other very well known brands in the game, but these are as good if not better than some at a fraction of the price.
Fast delivery, and very good packaging.

Will buy again for sure.

I recently purchased the Kennedy Blue Gold glasses from Belvoir & Co, excited about the blue-to-pink gradient effect shown on their website and social media. However, the glasses I received appear as a solid blue colour, without the advertised gradient. After reaching out to customer service, I was told that the gradient effect is subtle and depends on lighting and lens thickness, especially for non-prescription glasses.

While I understand that lighting can affect how colour gradients appear, the product photos and Instagram posts created an expectation of a more prominent fading effect. I feel the glasses I received don’t match the advertised look, and I’m disappointed with the difference between what I expected and what I received.

It would have been helpful if this variation had been better communicated upfront, or if I had been informed that the gradient effect might not appear as vividly in certain lighting conditions or with non-prescription lenses.

Overall, while the glasses are still functional, I’m not fully satisfied with the product and the discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received.

This review will be changed if I receive the customer service I’d expect for a company whose glasses are worn by celebrities and stars including “Cristiano Ronaldo”.

This is my 2nd order now.

The first was fine. However this time around the service has been atrocious. Placed an order for a pair of sunglasses to take when travelling. However, on delivery I’ve noticed that one of the nose protectors was missing.

Now I’m not one to slander and understand that mistakes happen. However despite reaching out to Belvoir via the email provided on the website I’ve not got anywhere.

Although photographs were sent they requested for an additional one of the box which was also sent in to them the same day they asked. However, since then they’ve gone silent.

Now Belvoir, how are you going to settle this? And more so provide some form of goodwill for the grief you’ve caused me?

I will return at a later date to inform you all how I’ve got on.

I was put off by some of the reviews but I decided to get a pair of glasses and wasn’t disappointed . They came within a couple of days and were nice glasses . I’ve got Tom Ford glasses and Ray Bans but these glasses have a different vibe to them . The Willow range and Kennedy range are on point , I’ve seen bad reviews on customer service but my tracking wasn’t working so I emailed and got a quick response and were very helpful . I’ve had 3 pairs so far and just ordered a 4th plus I just got an £20 gift card from them towards the next pair

I have been trying to get in touch for weeks about my refund since I sent the parcel back over 3 weeks ago. I have sent multiple emails but received nothing back from them but have now received a gift voucher for less value than the product I bought ? I want a full refund to my original payment method and for someone to get back to me ASAP.

The glasses are lush, but i’m not happy with the customer service. Initially before i purchased i asked if i needed a pd, the woman said no. So i took her advice, but after wearing them i experienced severe side effects. I had to get another eye appoitment and the optician said that pd is very important as it will have an overall effect. I contacted the customer service team and they were quick at responding, and said they would send out a new pair of glasses with the correct pd. They arrived which i’m thankful for but i’m annoyed that i had to pay extra to send the glasses back through miss information given by your customer service rep and on top i did not receive the screw driver set and spare parts. Considering i have spent additional money i am not happy! I have tried to contact customer services but they are ignoring my dms. Please can you send the screw driver and spare parts to my address for order 97682

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses one had a few scratches and I complained to customer service and they send me the new pair after two days and didn't take back the old one either belvoir is a very good company and also service is very nice recommend

I ordered those glasses, and they were terrible, poor, and easily damaged. So I emailed them three times, but they still ignored me. Never again!

I have gotten three pairs of prescribed glasses all great quality at an affordable price great customer service and quick turnaround from when you order to when they arrive

Lovely pair of prescription sunglasses, feel high quality, arrived in the lead time. Don’t really understand the negative reviews 🤷‍♂️

I order 3 pairs of sunglasses more than one month ago ,still haven’t got any response or responsibility.i send many emails to support but no response at all,very bad company ,not serious,do not order guys unless you wanna be scamed

Ordered glasses 6 months ago i had problems getting it through customs and sent many emails. I live in Czech Republic prague, nobody is replying to my emails or dm from instagram neither facebook messenger. Tried to contact them everywhere i can nothing as respond. I am really considering about taking legal actions. Ridiculous

Awful quality, bought a pair and they wouldn’t let me return as I bought it on “sale” which are constantly on by the way. Glasses felt like a toy and had horrible plastic frames.

Ordered 2 pairs. 1 was great. 1 had a loose nose pad. Reported the fault and returned it. Expected a refund, but got told gift card only even though the original product they sent was faulty.

When I told them I reported the fault before returning, they tried to lie and say I didn't (until I shared the proof).

They breach the Consumer Rights Act and their 'customer service' is just rude. If you face any issues, just know they won't resolve it. Look at other reviews and decide if you want to risk it.
