0 should be an option. Constant construction noise since September with workers working outside of their jurisdiction. Power drilling at 7am on a Saturday morning. I paid £1000 for a parking space, I was then told in 1 months time the entire road would be dug up to lay pipes and I had to move my car. My complaints have not been taken seriously and renting with them was the worst decision I have ever made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just want to say about the excellent service by the team at Belvoir sir Thomas street liverpool city centre especially mikael and Amy. They were realy helpful and quick to all my emails and phone also organised made the process stress free.

Very terrible company… they are always looking for ways not to pay you back your holding deposit… even after email conversations asking for repairs and bringing their attention to an issue, they ignore and turn a blind eye just because their focus is on your holding deposit. in my case, upon entry, they gave me an inventory containing some pictures that clearly showed damages to some items but upon the end of my tenancy and when I moved out, they now claim those things where damaged by me and now asking me to pay for it… this can never happen as I still have the initial inventory pictures sent to me upon my renting this property…

I think the government or who ever is involved with the protection of tenants should investigate this company.

Terrible as we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned after weeks. We had professional cleans in that Belvoir have used themselves yet saying it wasn't professionally cleaned. We left the original blinds and other items that were the landlords in a cupboard and Belvoir say we left rubbish it was theirs not ours! They are trying anything to not pay us our deposit back in full and we have to wait until its decorated and re cleaned for them to decide what deposit if any will be received back to us. All our inspections have been very positive even to the point being told that we are keeping the property well looked after. Never again will I use Belvoir

I had no hot water from my combi boiler over the weekend i understand that at the weekend the office is closed.
i called this morning and got the message that all lines were busy "understandably on a Monday Morning" i left a message to get a call back.
I called this afternoon and got the same message again i left a message and no return call.
does anybody actually work in this office.
i have now emailed and await a response but one can only hope.
i run a company and if i gave this kind of service i may aswell close the doors.
Do the Landlords actually know what is going on with the service provided to their tenants is like i doubt it

Complete waste of time. Enquired about a property and answered all manner of personal questions just to be told the next day that due to a high amount of interest I couldnt view.

As an experienced landlord I have used the services of Belvoir Lettings-Dunstable for a number of years and, crucially, they have always offered excellent customer service both to me and my tenants. Consequently, I would not hesitate to recommend their services to landlords and tenants alike.

Unfortunately I do not normally leave a negative review! However this time I decided I must because I’ve had no response to some correspondence I’ve sent to my local Belvoir representative! I am very disappointed and upset that my representative told me that my property had been on the market for a while and he needed to end contract as it made him look silly ! I felt that was not a professional way to end the contract and have had no response or much interest or information on the sale of my property! And the agent come to me to ask me and told me they wanted to sale my property I did not ask them anyway it’s with regret I feel this way

We were purchasing a flat through Belvoir in 2024. I didn't want to leave a review until we were settled in our eventual home purchase.

During a second viewing, keys for the garage were not available so we were unable to view it. We did not see anything particularly wrong with this at the time until work needed on the garage walls came up in enquiries.

Langton tried to suggest our solicitor's enquiries were "a bit excessive". That diligence is exactly what we were paying our solicitor for and we did not feel comfortable with this being questioned. That the property in question ended up back on the market for £50,000 less than we were purchasing for suggests that the issues raised that led us to withdraw were indeed significant and these enquiries were not excessive.

I only put 1 star because I can't put none. If you want nothing to be fixed ans emails to be ignored this is the agent for you. I have never known such bad service from an estate agent

From day one of meeting Rhys at Belvoir to sell our house, he has been absolutely amazing. He was always at the end of the phone, happy to talk things through and help with anything and everything we needed. As we came towards the end of the sale, Rhys truly went above and beyond to get us moved by Christmas, even answering questions while on his annual leave. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rhys and Belvoir to anyone selling their home.

I got the property from them for a year and was paying 850£ a month with the same as deposit money
After a year they have charged me 700£ for cleaning house and oven

That are scammers for your deposit money

Went to Morley branch to ask about a property up for rent. Felt like staff were judgemental of my appearance. Never took down my details let alone ask what I'm looking for in my next home. Very rude staff

We recently purchased a property through Belvoir Wrexham and we were very impressed with the service received. Nothing was too much trouble when we contacted them and a special thank you to Noah, Sophie and Vaughan making the process as smooth as it can be. Having had interactions with other agents during our search I am confident to advise Belvoir were head and shoulders above the rest.

Their Corby and Kettering branch is being taken to court by us. They refused to repair damages in the property for more than 6 months,until we reported them to Corby Borough Council. They then began lying and discriminated against my wife, who has had two operations, which they knew about. Despite this, they decided to throw us out of our agreement with a dishonest landlord, the owner of a roofing company in Kettering. This heartless person decided to make us homeless this Christmas, even though we filed an official complaint with the Home Office. Beware of these people and this agency. If anyone else has similar problems, please write and contact us, as we will be filing a group complaint with the courts, newspapers, and the BBC. What they are doing and how they treat people is reprehensible, and others need to be warned about their unlawful practices and not become victims.

Belvoir north helped me to buy my first home. Gillian was so good, patient and listened to me, she was Great!!!. After I had got the house I needed to know were the stopcock was and she contacted the seller to ask and I found it. In my experience this branch was great. I would highly recommend.

Swansea/Sketty office, very unprofessional service. If you happen to talk to deal with a guy called Arwell, move on fast. Sleezy, rude individual with zero organisation.
