Customer Service @ BeautyCos
I recently purchased some Exuviance, Believe Age Reverse Day Repair SPF 30. Unfortunately, the actual tube developed a fault around the seal. So when using the pump nozzle the cream would leaking from the seal, creating unnecessary wastage and mess. The tube due to the faulty seal was not air tight...This product is not fit for purpose, why have a nozzle when the cream leaks from the split seal???
After contacting BeautyCos with evidence images regarding this (give them benefit of the doubt - as it was near Christmas!!) BeautyCos finally replied. Their customer service could have been a lot, lot better. They want more proof such as a video action, which would be good if my phone had that facility; it doesn't. BeautyCos seems to be shirking their responsibility. This product is not fit for the purpose. I as a customer bought this product in good faith, and all I have met with is shoddy customer service and it's all my fault attitude.
Would I recommend BeautyCos to others, I would say be very mindful that should your product develop a fault BeautyCos are quite reluctant to rectify it. They've took your payment... So you can more or less get stuff, as they are not interested.
The rating given is not a true reflection as I cannot mark for minus, but if I could have I would have marked BeautyCos minus ten and that's being over generous.

Looking into the case I can see we contacted our supplier after you told us you couldn't provide a video. After we contacted them on the 14th January, we have fully refunded you for the faulty item the same day.

Not very happy with them to be honest
Not very happy with them to be honest.
I order a set of products and enter the address manually to where i wanted it be sent. As the order went through it went to an old default address. i emailed straight them away with the correct address and the error.
All i got back was sorry as you should have read in our terms and conditions we don’t work weekends it was sent to the address i did not want it sending to.
In my humble opinion this is shocking service I will not be using them again for anything

I’ve started using BeautyCos to buy my favourite French brand, Codage. It seems to be the only UK-registered company to supply Codage now. The delivery time is a little slower than some, but the prices are great and I can highly recommend.

Really fast shipping, great communication, just incredibly efficient, especially considering it's christmas time and the package was being sent from Denmark to England. 10/10. The package arrived in 3 DAYS. This wouldn't be a plausible reality in England. They were also the only company that had the limited edition perfume light blue "sun" as Dolce & Gabbana has stopped producing it this year and i couldn't find it anywhere in the rest of Europe.
Literally couldn't recommend Beautycos enough.

Flowless experience from purchase to delivery
I bought with a big discount one of my favourite perfumes, ''Eight & Bob'' 150ml. Since it is very expensive I was happy to find it in Beautycos with a good discount. Normally I buy it from the eightandbob site and I was sceptical to choose Beautycos. But I was persuaded by the reviews.
Indeed, I kept receiving updates on my parcel and, although I live in N.Ireland, UK, I received it in about a week. The delivery was international, from Denmark but the parcel was delivered promptly.
I would definitely choose Beautycos for a next purchase

Never order anything with them
Never order anything with them. I am waiting for my delivery more than a month. I placed my order with the mistake in and address and immediately informed them. And I was waiting for ages to come back to me. And later I mentioned that I will not be in the country and requested refund as all this is just unbelievable. Still did not get the refund.
Never had this experience with the simple online order. Run away, don’t order anything.

We are sorry to hear that your order was not delivered as expected.
You placed the order 6/19 close to midnight and it was shipped from our warehouse the day after. About an hour after you placed the order you sent us an email regarding the wrong postal code. We update this in our system that same day.
The shipping company tried to deliver it 15th and 16th but you were not home. Unfortunately, after this the package got lost, but they found it again and tried to deliver it 2/11 and 4/11 without luck.
During this we have been in constanc contact with the shipping company to try to ensure the package was delivered correctly. We are sorry that they were not able to deliver it as expected. We have refunded you the full amount.
