I have been waiting for my withdrawal of since May 6, 2025, and BDSwiss continues to delay without any valid explanation. Despite multiple follow-ups and even filing a complaint with the FSC Mauritius, nothing has been resolved.
I am now preparing to take legal action in the UAE, and will be seeking compensation for the financial damage and stress caused by BDSwiss holding my funds unlawfully for nearly two months.
This behavior is unacceptable for a regulated broker. I strongly urge others to avoid BDSwiss until they prove they can treat clients fairly and professionally.

BDSwiss, founded by German entrepreneur Jan Eric Malkus in 2012, has been a prominent online trading platform for Forex and CFDs, achieving significant growth between 2018 and 2021. However, aggressive marketing and reliance on offshore structures led to regulatory challenges that impacted its liquidity and operational capacity. Which probably led to serious financial issues from none segregated client accounts to withdrawal issues since September 2024.
I am personally have been a client of BDSwiss since 2021 and having the withdrawal issue since April 2025 where the broker cited to some technical adjustments, after which I requested a second withdrawal in June for bigger amount thinking that the issue was with the first request. But it is occurred that the picture is much bigger as I discovered and explained above. The broker clearly fails to fulfill its obligations, misconducts and shows disrespect and careless behavior towards its clients. I think the founder/ director/ chairman/ Jan Malkus should bear direct responsibility for the loss and financial stress of the clients which trusted his firm.
By the recent developments it is appeared that some AmiCorp Group's branch in Mauritius manages financials of the BDSwiss and now they finger-pointing each other.
BDSwiss currently holds active licences from regulators in Mauritius (FSC), Seychelles (FSA), UAE (SCA – advisory only), and South Africa (FSCA). Given that the issue with the broker persist for so long, all that mentioned authorities have failed as trusted regulators as well. Advise everyone to leave them a relevant feedback, especially for the Mauritius (FSC), Seychelles (FSA).
All the known names of BDSwiss by me: BDS Markets, BDSwiss Group EU, Viverno Markets Ltd, BDSwiss Holding Ltd, BDSwiss AG, B D SWISS MENA FINANCIAL ADVISORS L.L.C. and some affiliate companies: Vastani GmbH, Duronga Holdings Limited.
I call everyone affected by the recent of the BDSwiss actions, or to be more correct, inaction and lies - leave a review for the mentioned companies and regulatory authorities as well.

Withdrawal Delayed – Complaint Filed with Regulator
I’m a client from the UAE, and my withdrawal via debit/credit card has been delayed for more than a month
I contacted BDSwiss support multiple times but received only copy-paste responses blaming “technical issues” with no resolution.
I have now filed an official complaint with the FSC Mauritius (their regulator under BDS Markets).
This experience is unacceptable. A regulated broker should process withdrawals in a timely and transparent manner.
They are completely unreliable. I have been trying to withdraw my funds for over nine months, but each time, they respond with vague and diplomatic excuses, claiming they are working to resolve the issue. Do not trust them under any circumstances. I have solid proof to back up my claims.
This company held my withdrawal for over 3 weeks and later deducted $34 as inactivity fee and held unto the balance perhaps looking for another reason for illegally deduction. Trade with them at your own risk
I can't say much but it doesn't make sense for a broker like BDSwiss not processing withdrawals for close to a year now! They are not even concerned about it, all they do is reply with automated message that their team is looking into it. A whole year! Solving a withdrawal issue. Trade with them at your own risk. Deposits working very well but not withdrawals???

They start off kind and helpful until it is time to take some out your balance then it's all kinds of delay tactic to get you to commit more, how to navigate schemes like this?, check bio photo for info

Didn’t bother refunding. Just became aggressive and argumentative. Waste of time. Do not trust this broker because they are unpredictable, unprofessional and they use unstable deposit addresses. Your funds are never safe.

At this point, they just stop responding altogether. I tried to send emails they do not answer. This is frustrating that you go through the trouble of getting a regulated broker and they turn out to be a scam Broker.

I enjoy trading using my mobile phone and there was no problem. But lately the mobile app is not working as well as the withdrawal
Je suis avec BdSwiss depuis plus de 3 ans. J’ai toujours eu un excellent service et je n’ai jamais eu de problèmes. Cependant, j’ai effectué un retrait en crypto le 28 Avril dernier et je suis toujours en attente. Ce qui est totalement inacceptable et anormal. Les retraits en crypto sont normalement très rapides. J’ai contacté le support technique à plusieurs reprises et j’ai également rédigé une plainte.
On me répond qu’il s’agit d’un problème technique et qu’ils ne sont pas en mesure de me donner une date, mais qu’ils y travaillent?? Je suis à la recherche d’un nouveau Broker.
