Ich habe am 08.08.2025 zum ersten Mal eine Auszahlung beantragt und es seitdem drei Mal versucht. Heute – über einen Monat später – habe ich immer noch kein Geld erhalten. Vom Support kam bis jetzt keine einzige Rückmeldung.

Das Unternehmen verspricht Auszahlungen innerhalb von 2 Tagen – Realität: über einen Monat Funkstille. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Já faz mais de um mês que solicitei um saque e até agora o valor não foi liberado. O suporte se limita a respostas automáticas, copiadas e coladas, pedindo paciência e “lamentando o inconveniente”, mas sem nenhuma solução concreta.

Enquanto isso, meu dinheiro continua retido, sem previsão de liberação.
Pela minha experiência, NÃO recomendo esta corretora: falta de transparência, promessas não cumpridas e suporte ineficaz.

Je partage ici ma mauvaise expérience avec BDSwiss afin d'alerter d'autres investisseurs. J'ai un compte VIP chez eux (numéro : 1735885) et depuis jours , mes demandes de retrait sont ignorées sans explication valable.

Le service client se contente de réponses automatiques et répétitives, sans aucune action concrète. J'ai découvert en consultant d'autres avis que de nombreux clients sont dans la même situation, certains attendant depuis plusieurs mois leur argent.

Je considère ce comportement comme non professionnel et potentiellement frauduleux. Je recommande la plus grande prudence avant d'investir sur cette plateforme.
Je suis en train de contacter les autorités de régulation (FSA Seychelles) et d'envisager des actions juridiques pour récupérer mes fonds.
