The length of time it took to receive my withdrawal worries me.
Since submitting the request two weeks ago, support has not gotten back to me.
In terms of name review I may invest with them and get real funds with ease.

I wouldnt wish this broker on anyone , they would try to lie to you , glad i listened to my aid and got my case settled.

Son unos ladrones, llevo 6 meses esperando por mis retiros y me dicen que tienen retraso. Pero si procesan los retiros por inactividad en mi cuenta :) Ya me han cobrado varias veces, pero mis retiros hasta la fecha dicen que aun tienen retraso. Definitivamente el peor broker.

They are holding over10k of my money and refusing to allow withdrawal. They say its a technical issue but its been nearly 6 months.All of their top executives jumped ship. DO NOT deposit any money with them, ypu WILL NOT be able to get it out..These guys either went bankrupt or are going bankrupt..Take this as an honest warning. I deposited in October 2024 it is now 1st ofMay 2025

I would literally say that BDSwiss is a big scam in the financial history. It has held my deposit since 2nd Oct 2024. Everyday, I contact them, they reply with ready made messages excusing that they don't have enough info regarding withdraw. I worry about their support, what do they mean then?

From 15 September 2024 to till today..
They withhold my deposit ...
They are providing lame excuses don't give any proper reasons for that ...

Hi already 12 people are grouped against bdswiss. Building a case on them, my real name is given. I’m waiting for more than 4months my withdrawal and not FSA Seychelles not FSC regulators has given any update on complaints. To be honest don’t know what they regulate, but no protection from their side, if you see that broker is regulated by them it’s like give the money to scammers without protection I guess. I’m personally waiting 15k euro. All documents are collected.

Funcionaban sin problema pero ya no dejan retirar. Leí las reseñas muy tarde, pero confirmo, NO TE DEJAN RETIRAR. Son unas ptas ratas!

100% scam platform.
They will not allow you to withdrawal your own money. No doubt. They said that they are legit but no one can provided it since there is no money go out from their platform to us as a user. 2 times made withdrawal but they said still on progress. How come legit platform process withdrawals takes more that 5 months only for 100bucks?
So, my advice is stay away from this platform and for the admin, you dont need to reply my review using chat GPT and direct me to send and email to your customer service. It just wasted my time for sure. Even your customer service dont know how to work as a real customer services and can not solved the problem, why ? Because you scam

J'ai fait suite de concernant ma réclamation liée à deux demandes de retrait effectuées respectivement le 17 janvier et le 3 avril 2025, et j'suis toujours en attente à ce jour.
Je suis un client vérifié, mes documents sont à jour et j’ai déjà effectué des retraits auparavant sans aucun problème. Ce délai annoncé est inacceptable et ne correspond pas aux standards habituels d’un courtier professionnel, ni aux bonnes pratiques du secteur.

Desde Septiembre del 2024 no aprueban los retiros. Tengo mi dinero retenido, sin ninguna solución a esto. Que falta de respeto de esta gente que lo único que hacen es dar la misma respuesta, parecen robotizados.
Imposible que hasta la fecha de hoy no hayan solucionado nada y ni siquiera envían un correo masivo indicando el problema que tienen, nunca han sido formales a la hora de dar información.
Por favor no caigan con este broker scam

Completa y absoluta ESTAFA. Durante un tiempo operó sin problema, pero desde hace unos meses hacia acá, congelaron el dinero de todos. No existen retiros, el chat ya ni si quiera opera, alguien sabe como hacer para que den con los dueños? Será sencillo si hacemos una acción colectiva que caigan las personas que tienen que caer.
