WAs made to feel very welcome and staff were very helpful, I am 95 abnd cannot walk very well

Rebecca is always brilliant with our 6 year old twins who now both have glasses. I trust bayfields above the standard high street opticians. Their service is never rushed, you're always taken care of and they are really knowledgeable. They have the best range of glasses around and it's 100% worth us driving a bit further than we need to get their service and know our girls have great glasses that will last and be fitted well. Can beat good service. Worth its weight in gold. Thank you as always.

Not cheap, but a different world to a company starting with "S". Nice people, quiet efficient service. I would go to them again and trust them.

Reception staff were friendly, the lady doing the fittings was friendly and listened to what I wanted rather than try and sell me a more expensive pair of glasses,

Eye examination was as expected, unfortunately one piece of equipment was out of action resulting in the need for a second visit which I am waiting to hear about.

Very helpfull and informative optician. Was very patient considering my appt ran over the 45 minutes allocated. Both other staff members professional and friendly.

The optician that did my test (sorry I can’t remember his name but he had long hair!) was brilliant. So thorough and took his time to explain the scans making me feel informed throughout. I felt no pressure to select frames, but with the help of Ellie & Debbie chose a lovely pair that I’m really happy. The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable - thank you!

Very professional with friendly staff throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Had a slight issue with my replacement spectacles that they resolved most satisfactorily, whilst keeping me informed and updated in the interim.
