Created a happy team and environment. Alistair listened carefully and helped me choose the right glasses for me.

I am writing this on behalf of my 89 year old Dad who had a stroke which effects his speech. I found them to be compassionate and understanding. They took their time with him and also listened.
Further information was provided on where to go to get magnifying aids.
My Dad was very impressed with them.

This was my second appointment with Tom who was lovely and friendly who put me completely at ease. Although at this stage I feel I am not quite ready in needing hearing aids, I know it will happen and will be only too pleased to see Tom again when the time comes. It was fascinating with the info I gained and Tom was very thorough in his explanation.

Helpful, professional, warm staff. giving advice and choice with vision and hearing. The management and reception team also excellent.

It wasn't great but it was good. The representative was tied up with another customer so was 20 minutes late for the appointment, which meant I had to hurry, fortunately this was only a small problem. Profuse apologies we're expressed but I was stressed.

Everyone did a good job politely and efficiently . What more do you need. A cup of tea would be nice.

A very thorough examination. When it comes to purchasing glasses however, your prices are VERY high. I appreciate the quality of the lenses but there should be an alternative range at a lower price.

Professional and friendly service. A thorough examination, with full assessment of my complex eye condition. Paying extra for the scan is a good investment, in my opinion, as the optometrist explained fully what the scan showed - which in my case was good news. They carry a lovely range of glasses frames and I spent absolutely ages making my choice, helped by the friendly dispensing optician. All in all, a great service in a relaxed environment. Recommended.

Visited the North WALSHAM branch today for an eye test, treated myself to some new glasses and had a fantastic experience with Ellie who was super helpful and a credit to any store. She repaired a pair of my reading glasses without any hesitation and nothing was too much trouble wonderful customer service thank you very much.

Very helpful and explained in good manner about tests and glasses available. However range of glasses available could be larger to suit more people.

Very friendly and helpful service, needed a follow up appointment but was only charged for one consultation.
