Helpful service and good choice of glasses
After usually going to another opticians but being unable to find any new glasses I liked, I took my prescription to Bayfields. There was a good choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The process of then ordering and collecting was straightforward. Happy to recommend to others.

The practice is clean
The practice is clean, airy and well laid out. Each member of staff present looked up in a welcoming way as I entered and I was attended to immediately. The ladies who looked at my eyes and ears were well groomed and very professional and explained everything to me carefully. All the rooms were spotless - I felt that I was in good hands

I was so impressed with the actual eye test. Fully explained and not rushed. Fitting the new spectacles was excellent: best fitting glasses I’ve ever had. Bayfields strength is their staff on which everything is based.
