I went with my father Ian who is 85 and has Parkinsons. The sight test was difficult ti do with him but I have nothing but praise for your staff at the Fleet branch. Very patient and very professional. We are goinf back on the 4th of May for a hearing test. I would not go anywhere else.

A very thorough eye test by an expert. I particularly liked having things explained.

The eye test was provided by a polite and professional optician. Everything was very well explained and it will encourage me to return in the future.

Can’t fault them on being friendly and helpful but Patrick made much more thorough measurements for frame fitting and the lenses to be made (varifocals) and checked everything was right when they arrived. Didnt feel quite so confident this time.

I found the consultation relaxing and informative and all the staff were friendly and efficient .

An excellent, thorough but also efficient eye examination, with no hard sell afterwards.

The Ear Clinic clinician had a very good 'bedside' manner; and seemed to perform the procedure with great care and precision. She kept me fully informed every step of the way; and put me at ease throughout.
However, only four stars because there was no apology for the appointment being about a quarter of an hour late.

All the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome they are all very helpful in helping you decide which frame suit you and which dont in a nice way
