Competitive product, World Class Service
My experience with this product has been great from the very beginning. The salesperson at Seven Corners (who sold me an annual travel insurance product of battleface) was a good listener, efficient and informative. I have referred lots of people to her. The travel insurance product fit my objectives very well. My main objectives were for international travel to insure emergency medical care and medical evacuation, with less emphasis on trip cancellation coverage. In doing my due diligence on the product, I spoke with a high-level executive of battleface who was responsive, respectful, informative, and honest. On a recent international trip, I became ill and was hospitalized. battleface, and Robin Assist were extremely helpful, responsive, and effective. It was clear that they were looking after my best interestS. Thank you!

Financial remedy was prompt.
During a trip, we incurred costs due to a delayed flight and lost time at our destination. We provided the necessary documentation and were reimbursed in accordance with our policy for the financial loss. The process was smooth, and the financial remedy was prompt—a very positive experience with Battleface. I have used them again without needing to make a claim, and I have just purchased a policy for another upcoming trip.

Better cover at less premium
I shifted purchasing travel insurance for myself and family from Insurance companies in my country to Battleface,because they offer significantly better cover at a cheaper premium.

My experience with Battleface was good in relation to finding a travel insurance that covers me after I left Australia. The easy process of buying on line and a policy that suit my needs. I highly recommend Battleface if you need a travel insurance in a hurry at a reasonable price.
