Very good insurance website
Very good insurance website. I needed an insurance to cover my holiday with the flight leaving froma nother country and Battleface helped me in that. Not so much websites have that function. Cheap and Fast.

Easy to set up travel insurance
Easy to set up travel insurance, very upfront with what is covered/what is not. Very straight forward to put in a claim and I received a response regarding my claim within 1-2 days and the refund amount in my bank account the next day. Great service.

Finally a good insurance experience!
I bought this insurance for a mountain summit trip my wife and I were doing. I was very skeptical because, well it’s an insurance company, usually you do not get what your hoping for to say the least. But battleface was legit, I filed a claim and they reimbursed me the exact amount I was hoping for when I signed up. I will be using them again and it was a easy process to file the claim.

The fact that I could get insurance without having to fly from my country of residence i.e. no problem that if there is a problem i would be flown back to my country of residence, but it means that i can start and finish my cover from to another country which is maddeningly rare. So well done Battleface!!!

Peace of mind in knowing we are covered, incase...…
I find it hard to get travel insurance because we move between locations and you have to be somewhere for the previous six months. Found Battleface a couple of trips ago and it has been really easy to make sure we have cover. The policies are also reasonably priced. Not had to claim yet but had the peace of mind in knowing that we do have cover incase!

Claim approved and waiting for payment
My claim was approved, and I’ve been informed that I’ll receive the payment via eCheck in 7–10 business days. While that timeline is a bit longer than I expected for receiving funds, and longer than any others. the speed and professionalism of the claim decision process exceeded my expectations.
