13 days after submitting a claim and…
13 days after submitting a claim and zero result. Just radio silence. They definitely received the claim as there was some initial back and forth. This is Robin assist, their claims handler, but it's still them. Very disappointing for a corporate client. Wouldn't recommend.

That I could do it while the trip. Because my insurance expired I needed another insurance, so this was basically the only solution.
