Thought we were going to have to cancel our trip to koh kood Thailand due to insurance from other company being invalid as per government travel advice , someone told us about battle face and they insured us no problem at all , someone told koh kood is back on

I submitted a Trip Cancellation claim with Robin Assist on December 8, 2025 (Claim #57001) on behalf of my Battleface policy, and I did receive the initial confirmation email acknowledging receipt. However, since then, I have not received any additional communication, updates, or requests for information, and the claim does not appear to have been actively acknowledged beyond that first notice.
This is actually my first time ever needing to file a travel insurance claim, so I’m unfamiliar with the process and timelines. I just want to make sure everything is moving forward appropriately and that no additional documentation or action is needed from me.
I truly appreciate the work Robin Assist does and understand claims take time to review. I’m simply hoping for a status update or confirmation of next steps soon. Thank you in advance for your attention and support—I look forward to hearing back.

Anyone looking for travel insurance for "hostile environments", this is your company. I have used them twice and this time round i had to make a claim for luggage. It was the easiest experience I think I have ever had with a travel insurance company and was settled without fuss promptly

We were really concerned for our stay in Koh Chang because of the ongoing conflict between Thailand and Cambodia our travel insurance cover would’ve been invalid but Battleface has provided us with their cover which is absolutely adequate cover. A massive weight off our minds…

I am currently have a family visit in UK. I had a trip to Spain with them in Nov and needed to buy travel insurance. As I am not a UK resident and I was not able to buy travel insurance from other insurance companies. I was glad to find battleface and bought one from them. The purchasing process was easy and fast.

They are totally unprofessional in their customer service. I have emailed them several times and never got any response. They closed my claim without even a word of explanation or communication. None of my emails and complaints were ever responded to.

It was easy to deal with the contact centre, but not always easy to understand the young man. Spoke with a lovely lady called Sue, who was very helpful. Followed up our conversation with email instructions, so i knew exactly what to do next. Explained why we could not purchase an annual policy with the 90 day extension, due to an age change halfway through.
