We have purchased a number of trees from Balsam Hill over the years and they found them all to be a very good quality. Our latest purchase for a family member was at a very good Price. They are very pleased with this and we will continue to shop here as long as they provide high-quality products at a competitive price!

I purchased a tree in the sale expecting premium quality and service, but my experience was the complete opposite. The Christmas tree arrived soiled with grease and the lights did not work. For a product marketed as high quality, this is completely unacceptable.
What was even more disappointing was the response from customer service. Rather than providing a prompt replacement for a defective item, I was told the tree was out of stock and that I should contact them again in October or November when stock becomes available (it’s currently June).
A company selling luxury Christmas trees should stand behind its products and resolve problems immediately, not leave customers in limbo, leaving them with the responsibility to chase resolution again a few months down the line.
Between the poor quality control and the inadequate after-sales support, I have completely lost confidence in this company. For the price charged, I expected far better. I would not purchase from them again and would urge prospective customers to think carefully before spending their money here. I did ask for their complaints procedure but they simply sent me a link to leave a trustpilot review, so here it is. Balsam Hill…..do better.

My husband ordered a Christmas tree they are expensive but it’s fabulous haven’t used it but this Christmas will be exciting to put up

Absolutely appalling customer service. I had to put a charge back through on my card to get a refund for a defective tree as this company were not interested in resolving the matter, shame on you! Told them I would money back despite their pathetic policies and I did.
I would recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere and avoid buying shoddy goods from this company who don’t care and hide behind their customer service team.

Update to reply - Your Customer Service team tried to tell me it was not faulty and didn't want to know and they did not care so I will not be reaching out. I have also reported this company to Trading Standards for breach of consumer rights on faulty goods!

This flip Christmas tree is the best invention ever! Worth every penny and really sturdy. Delivery was fast and efficient great company and I would recommend to anyone who’ll listen.

Beautiful Christmas tree, as described on the website. Packed very carefully, with 2 pairs of gloves to “fluff” the tree!
