Hi Adrian. I am sorry you were disappointed that there was a charge for mudguard /accessory fitting but I have to budget my mechanics time by how long the job takes. Good service, no hard sell
I always feel Balfe's give a good service, and on this occasion it was good, helpful advice without any hard sell. In fact there was a more expensive product they could have tried to get me to buy but they didn't. I fully recommend Balfe's in Sutton.

I've shopped at Reigate and at Sutton
I've shopped at Reigate and at Sutton. At both stores I've found the staff to be very helpful and supportive when I've asked questions and then made decisions. My wife has also purchased some bike accessories from Sutton. My wife was very pleased with the service she received, and I was pleased with the items.
