Wheel Issues
Had two wheels serviced and a couple of problems as a result.
Dropped them in and Scott dealt with the same day. Great service and back on the bike the following morning.

Excellent service and large selection of bikes. The staff took the time to listen to what I was looking for and even took the time to show me how the two child seats would attach to the bike.

Curtis is a star with an amazing can do attitude that overcame difficult parts supply issues and got my bike serviced in time to do a 560 km ride. The bike never missed a beat! Thanks guys

Outstanding personalised service
Staff were attentive, helpful and too their time to answer questions (however daft). Tailored advice on bikes & accessories and didn't always recommended the most expensive or show bias to a specific brand.

Crazy Repair progress
Hi, I had a bike accident which required the brake lever to be replaced. I walked in to get a quote. I got tild I can drop off bike whenever to get it fixed. Came back a month later got told they don’t have time that day. I than called to rearrange, got told that I have to use the booking system. I used the booking system, booked a day 2 weeks in advance. Described what needed to be done. Stated brand, type etc. of my bike which they also sell. Turned up to drop it off for repair and they told me it would take 4 to five days as they have to order parts first. Why was that not the case first time I came. Why did they not call to check? They had the info 2 weeks. This is extremely time consuming. Will now get it done somewhere else or do it myself.

Great Experience
I had a great experience. The item I was looking for wasn't widely available, but it was in stock here at a competitive price. Delivery to the store for collection was quick, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I'd be happy to shop here again.
