Great Service
great service from both the Kingston Shop and Gatwick Home delivery warehouse. Bought the Specialized Creo 2 Carbon great bike. Only reason didn't get 5 stars is because I had to phone for my refundable deposit which was caused by a glitch in their system.

Long waits to get served a counter
Great choice of products and bike, but as always shop service is really slow. I find I'm always having to wait quite a while even if there's only one person ahead of me.

Bit of a wait
Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, but there was quite a wait for a staff member to be free to serve us at 11am on a Sunday.
We asked about the trade in / charity donation option which was acknowledged then ignored.

Sorry for the delay in serving you on a busy Sunday. I hope you can understand that we need to ensure that we're finished with one customer before serving another, we always do our best to serve everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Regarding the trade in, on full price bikes and if they are purchased in full (not Cyclescheme/Finance) then we are happy to provide a 10% discount up to £100 maximum discount if you donate your old bike upon purchase of a new one.
Sorry we didn't explain this whilst you were in store, I will check that all colleagues are fully aware of this scheme.
