These pants fit well, wear well, look sharp, wash and dry easily, pack nicely! I love them. I am older and find they are comfortable and nice looking for most any occasion. I have two pair and will surely buy more.

Not Warm Enough, as described.
About 2 years ago I had ordered a similar pair from you in size S. I wanted as close to the same kind in an X-small. The ones I got do not have a warm enough lining. They fit well.
I want them to be warmer, similar to what I have.
I don't really care about pockets, nice touch.
Is there anything you can do about it? Exchange for a warmer pair in size X-small? Recommend with precise name, code number something that would work better? Or do I find another brand? I've been extensively using your brand.

Poor Return Process
This 1-star review stems from a frustrating return process. The products I tried were satisfactory, and the online ordering system worked well. However, compared to other companies offering seamless, free returns for clothing, this experience was disappointing. I ordered five shirts, but none fit properly. To return them, I had to fill out an online form and wait for approval, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, I was required to cover the return shipping costs, unlike many retailers that provide prepaid labels. After the company received the returned package, I waited 16 days without a refund and had to contact them again to prompt action. This left me questioning whether I would have received my refund at all without following up. Going forward, if I purchase Baleaf products, I’ll opt for Amazon, where returns are free, quick, and hassle-free.

After carefully reviewing your case, here’s what happened: when your return was approved, our instructions asked for the return tracking number once your package was sent back using your chosen carrier. Unfortunately, this step wasn’t completed right away, which meant we had no visibility that the package had been delivered. This caused the delay in processing your refund. Once we received your tracking information, we were able to confirm the return and issue your refund right away.
Our process is different from Amazon’s — since we don’t have the same resources, we either provide a prepaid label with a small fee or allow customers to use their own carrier. That said, we’re continuously working to simplify our returns system and reduce wait times so future experiences are smoother.

Best items and customer service!
This is by far the best customer service I have received from any company in long time. After receiving the wrong item in a package labelled correctly (honest mistake), the Baleaf staff was incredibly efficient, polite, and invested in making it right. The correct item was on its way before I knew it. Arjay and the other customer service reps are the best. This is on top of the quality items I always love!

I purchased theLaureate UPF50+ DWR Hiking Pants
I purchased these lightweight mountaineering pants to hike in warmer weather because they are quite light. These fit me really well and were long enough. I am 5'9" tall and weigh 122 lbs. They are water resistant and dry quickly. (I tried this by turning the hose on them outside.) I ordered a size small and they are roomy allowing me to wear leggings or shorts underneath. I also ordered an XS which fit great if you are wearing them on their own. I particularly like the zippered pockets and they fit an iPhone with room to spare. I have several other Baleaf items (shorts) that I love, as well, for hiking during the warmer months.

I sized up to 10 (normally comfortable in 8) for easy mobility when playing pickleball. I wear compression knee-high socks that gets covered by the pants below the knee. I have yet to test its sweat-wicking feature.
