Great Taste and Great Experience
Bakerdays have saved me on multiple occasions. I absolutely love the convenience of being able to order personalised, gorgeous cakes with pictures and messages, along with balloons and other extras. The cakes are much more impressive and extravagant than you would expect.
Thank you so much for helping make my family members feel special and for making their days memorable. You have saved me on more than one occasion, and the prices are incredibly affordable for the quality and service you provide.
I only wish you offered flowers as well so you could create a complete gift package. You are an amazing company with a fantastic idea, and I will definitely be coming back to order again, especially for Christmas.

Very disappointing cake super tiny, dry and poor quality
The cake arrived damaged and squashed. It was unbelievably small for the price, dry, tasteless, and of very poor quality. I felt completely disappointed and that I wasted my money. This was one of the worst cakes I’ve ever ordered online. I would definitely not order from Bakerdays again. It ruined my daughter’s birthday.

Poor cake wrong colour.
Stop asking me to rate this company. If I could give zero stars I would. They keep saying they haven't heard from me when I've emailed them 5 times. Maybe check tour spam folder as I have proof I've emailed you. Going through visa dispute for a refund. Cake turned up green instead of white, sunken in the middle and icing border all over the place.awful cake.
No you email me back you know who you sent a green cake too as you responded the first time to my email then ignored the rest. Even sent me an email saying you haven't heard from me when you blatantly have. So respond properly to my previous 5 emails.

The company failed to deliver the cake…
The company failed to deliver the cake to us, apparently the courier had lost it so we had to collect ourselves. The overall product didn’t look great. Good communication though from the customer service team.

While we were in contact with the courier to understand what had happened, your colleagues kindly let us know they were able to collect the cake instead. To make sure you still received the freshest possible product, we baked a brand new cake ready for collection.
It's incredibly disappointing for us too when a courier fails to deliver a parcel that we've baked, packed and dispatched on time. We work hard to ensure every order leaves us in perfect condition, so we're very sorry the overall service let you down on this occasion.

Amazing team, amazing cupcakes
Amazing customer service at every step of the way. I made a mistake with my order and the team were kind enough to help me correct my order nice and quickly. When it came to delivery day the cupcakes arrived very messy, one was completely out of the box and destroyed. The team swiftly supported and arranged a new batch to arrive for the next day in perfect time for my girlfriend’s birthday. Thank you so much for helping make her birthday wonderful. I looking for a wedding cake for a friend.
I came across 'bakerdays' whilst looking for a wedding cake for my friend, who was now living in Romania, but was on her way home to get married tomorrow (25th July)... I found just the perfect cake and knew she would love it ...
I ordered it straight away on the Monday for it to be delivered to me on the wed,.. all sorted for the Saturday 👍..
There was a problem with the delivery ( of which was nothing to do with the company, but the fault of the delivery driver, I contacted "bakerdays" who couldn't have been more helpful, Mariella, was amazing, she sorted things out and another cake was delivered today, in plenty of time for the wedding tomorrow xxx she treated the whole incident with such care and concern and complete professional ism and I could not be happier....
So, if you are looking for a cake for somethng or someone special, then I truly and genuinely would suggest that you go to BAKERDAYS 1ST.... I promise you will not be disappointed 💯🎂🍰.....

The cake was awful meant for 80th…
The cake was awful meant for 80th birthday turned up with nothing saying 80th could have been for anything, I ordered a half &half sponge and chocolate so I assumed one half of the cake would be chocolate and the other plain sponge but actually it was chocolate then sponge layers with no cream and for £50 an absolute disgrace they didn’t even get the candle fountain right never again would I buy from this company

Regarding the recipe, our website does state that our Half & Half cake is made with 2 layers of vanilla sponge, 1 layer of chocolate sponge, and chocolate buttercream between the layers, rather than one half being entirely vanilla and the other entirely chocolate.
We're also very sorry to hear your concerns about the buttercream and the candle fountain. If possible, could you please email us a photo of the cake when it was cut to sales@bakerdays.com? We'd like to review this with our Production Team so we can investigate properly and provide you with an appropriate resolution.

The added dinasaur from the top of the cake was not delivered for the top of the cake ! I telephoned several times stating that and promised one would be delivered separately! Birthday came and went ! I telephoned again and was promised a refund on PayPal! Almost a month later still no money back ! Still waiting!!!
