I won’t be purchasing from here again sadly
The customer service here isn’t the greatest, not very helpful at all. Item I had ordered for our family holiday wasn’t as described , the pushchair was grey but stated black on the website and box.
Email which was from Debbie Completely shut me down and I expected to pay for the return cost and send via my own courier for something that wasn’t described.
Sadly I won’t be ordering from here again after the experience I’ve had.
Do better.

Dispatch took quite a ling time but my fault I didn’t read well after ordering. Customer service was very polite in explaining why it takes longer.
I would recommend this website.

I can highly recommend Babysmart . They have been extremely helpful with ordering my Grandchild’s pram .
Babysmart kept in touch with delivery dates and information on parts to go with buggy etc .

We ordered a baby car seat and base after reading mixed reviews about delivery issues. Initially hesitant, we decided to proceed due to the unbeatable price compared to other retailers. Placed the order on 12/02/2025 at midnight, and it arrived via DPD on 19/02/2025. Everything was perfectly packaged, and the products were exactly as described. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend! 5 stars from us. Thank you!

Wrong colour pram arrived but it’s still nice
The pram/car seat/car seat base I got I am happy with. However, I ordered it in green and got sent grey. And the car seat base does not fit with my car, even though when I looked up the car reg to check compatibility it said it was compatible. I’m heavily pregnant and just cba to send it all back, so grey pram it is, and I’ll keep the car seat base until I get a new car I guess!

I ordered 2 Maxi-Cosi Kore Pro i-Size…
I ordered 2 Maxi-Cosi Kore Pro i-Size Car Seats in Authentic Cognac colour. These arrived in a bad condition (covers partially pealed and dirty). I inquired that the very next day and they advised return and refund. In the process of return they received only 1 car seat instead of 2 which DPD is currently investigating. They were not willing to cover the return costs despite according to their policy should have "If your purchase is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt we will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund."
