Item was fine ONCE IT EVENTUALLY TURNED UP.

Won’t be using babys-mart again though, Seems like you buy something then have to wait for them to get hold of your items before they can ship them.

Delivery took weeks, I’d suggest people just buy elsewhere from companies that actually has the stock of items they sell.

It's been 4 weeks and still not got item

Ordered a Joie highchair from Babys Mart and had a really good experience. The website was easy to use, delivery was quick, and the highchair is great quality and easy to clean. Very happy with the purchase and would order from Babys-Mart again.

Ordered a Maxi-Cosi Monitor it was straightforward, delivery was fast and the monitor was easy to set up. Picture and sound quality are really good- very pleased.

We needed a carrycot to fit our second-hand Baby Jogger stroller and weren’t totally sure what would work. The team were incredibly helpful, talked us through the options and made sure everything was compatible before we bought. The carrycot arrived quickly and fits perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing experience.
I was promised delivery of a car seat within two weeks, but instead I waited a month and a half. During this time, no one seemed interested in resolving the issue.
I sent several emails, but received no proper explanation and not even an apology. The lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service and failure to meet promised delivery times.

Really bad experience. The delivery took over a month even though the availability and dispatch of my product had been 2 weeks (based on the information they gave me initially).
Never received any communications on the delay, which if they had, I would have understood. I had to constantly call them and they would never have an answer as to where my order was or when I could expect it to be delivered.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered a car seat on Black Friday. After 3 weeks still hadn't received it. After contacting them was told it was out of stock and wouldn't get it until January. Disappointed they made no effort to contact me about this. When it finally turned up after 5 weeks in January they only sent half the seat, so there was a further delay whilst they dispatched the second box.

The only thing in their favour is that customer services were quick to respond to my messages when I contacted them.

Really poor.
Ordered a product with a 10 day despatch lead time. One week after the date at which i should have received the product, i contacted Babys-Mart who confirmed that they hadn’t received the item from the supplier or despatched it yet, and it would be another month (we are now 24 days after i ordered). Zero communications on their part, i have no idea when i would have found out about the ongoing delay if i hadn’t contacted them myself.
