Hooded baby towel
The baby towel was a gift so was hoping it would arrive by given date
I was expecting two separate parcels the first arrived but the mail company sent two emails and a picture of the first one which wasn't the baby towel.
I phoned Baby city and spoke to a lovely helpful customer service team explained what had happened she noticed the delivery picture wasn't their parcel
After a call from Baby city to delivery company my parcel arrived within 15 minutes
I would recommend and order from them again plus the towel was just as advertised

Package came opened and damaged
The item was not packaged properly it had near enough no packaging a small amount of plastic wrap over the middle of it but the rest was exposed meaning the box of the item was damaged. Luckily the actual item was fine.

Great delivery
Haven't used the product yet as its for my son’s birthday but packaged well. Great delivery ordered late afternoon and came the next day, wasn't expecting it so soon. Would use again.

Good price, quick delivery but smelt damp
Fantastically priced and arrived very quickly.
Knocked a star off as the baby carrier smelt awful - like it had been stored somewhere damp for a long time.
Not worth the hassle of sending back as the item is machine washable.

Great experience
Would recommend this company to anyone! I'm always hesitant to order from a website I have never heard of before, but after reading other reviews, I thought I'd give it a go, considering the prices are so much cheaper than the highstreet.
It was delivered the following day, and was kept updated throughout.
