Had a tiny problem with a parcel that got wet in transit and the customer services team sent out a replacement product immediately. Felt compelled to write as I bought some Miri sticks for slide we have and the ones we ordered didn't fit. I happened to write a note in the return and by magic I saw a new parcel notice come through. Babipur had seen my note and immediately diagnosed the issue and sent me another version of the sticks proactively with no fuss and they fit!
