My thermarest broke after a few years. Sent it back to facewest and they sent me a new one - thank you guys

Fantastic and easy to use online store. Ordered an insulated jacket, multiple payment options available including G-pay & Applepay, prompt email communications after order placed with regular updates on dispatch and delivery progress through the Shop app. Order placed Thursday dinner time and arrived with Royal Mail within 48 hours. Item was well packaged, with additional notes on the packing label not to open with knife.

I ordered a size large thermal pro fleece thinking it would be suitable for winter layering, but it turned out to be too large, so I sent it back requesting a refund.
During this time they lowered the price of the remaining stock of this fleece but due to some kind of restriction connected to their website and my account ID/IP address, they wouldn’t let me order the correct size medium at the lower price, but instead after I requested it they sent me an exchange in size medium postage paid no quibbles, so really I didn’t mind as it’s the warmest damn fleece I’ve ever owned, and I’m not going to argue over a tenner.
Good customer service and will go beyond the call of duty to make things right.

Great advice and service. Ordered a Mountain Equipment Aerotherm Jacket and went by usual size for ME as a large (up to 44in). Read some reviews on other sites saying size was tight and to consider ordering up. Asked for advice from Facewest. Graham tried one on and gave good advice. Jacket arrived by DPD the next day and is ideal.

The only reason I’m not giving zero stars as it won’t let you. I ordered a Rab jacket which was very thin and not at all what I expected so I sent it back for a refund.There was no contact from the company for 8 days till I emailed them about the refund to which they replied say I had worn the jacket as it had a smell of aftershave so they are sending the jacket back to me because I wear aftershave what an absolute joke of a company

You can always tell a great deal about a company by how they handle issues and returns. I purchased a Rab Superflux Hoody which was significantly smaller than I was expecting. I returned the item on Friday afternoon and was contacted by Charlie Symonds on Monday to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. No excuses, just excellent service. Keep the good work up, I will order from you again in the future knowing I can trust your strong customer service 👍

Made the impulsive decision to go to czechia this weekend and needed some new camping supplies. Made an order late Monday eve with a follow up email asking them to ship it out asap on 1pm if possible since I was leaving Weds eve. At 9am tuesday they replied and said of course! 24 hours later it arrived. Very happy with the whole thing, super kind and human in the emails. Thanks a bunch guys!!

Just bought a personalised (engraved) Leatherman multi tool as a gift. Communication was good and it arrived sooner than expected. A way to preview the personalisation would have been good as it's a black laser etched finish rather than "engraved". Which is fine and looks great, but is not what I was expecting.

What makes these guys stand out is exceptional service. I'd ordered a jacket that turned out to be slightly too large. When I called up, I asked if I could replace my jacket with a smaller size direct to their warehouse to save shipping time and costs (I happen to live locally). I was told "give us 30 minutes and your replacement jacket will be available to collect". Sure enough, I took my original jacket down for a refund and the new jacket was there to collect 40 minutes later with a smile. Amazing service - will definitely use again.
