Bought a tipi from Babipur. Unfortunately there was a hole in the fabric. I contacted to arrange a return and they were extremely helpful. Arranged a courier to collect on a day suitable for me. Will definitely use again.

Customer service is always AMAZING!. They are so incredibly helpful and friendly and happy to answer any questions regarding products etc. Nothing is too much of a problem for them. Love this company
Love this company. Full of so many beautifully crafted, considered items. I ordered a Wobbel board, deck and pillow for my son, it arrived really well packaged and quickly and my son loves it. Such a brilliant addition to our home. Highly recommend shopping with BabiPur.

A very happy customer, great company
These days it's a bit of a whirlpool when searching the internet, and deciding who you can trust and who you can't!
In a price comparison search, I came across Babipur, initially an unlikely source for the Patagonia jacket I was after. But I did a little nosing and it all seemed legit.
So bravely I ordered my jacket saving over £100.00 on the retail and shop price, whilst I want to support the local shops this was too big a saving to pass up.
I ordered late on Saturday with an expectation of up to 5days for it to arrive. It arrived on Wednesday and is perfect I couldn't be happier, thank you and highly recommended :D

I’ve had a couple of orders I’ve needed to amend recently (one last minute addition and one unintentional purchase!) and both times the customer service have got back to me straight away and sorted everything no problem without it affecting dispatch time.

Avoid if you can. They don’t offer free returns and they don’t mention it on their website which i think is very sneaky! I have ordered different sizes etc and now return costs are my responsibility. I wouldn’t have purchased anything if i knew i’d be responsible for returning the items. Absolutely ridiculous and the fact they don’t mention it on their website says it all because I specifically checked the returns T&Cs

Getting a negative review always comes as a shock, especially when we genuinely strive to provide the best service possible. Your words made us take a step back and reflect on our practices. While negative reviews can be beneficial for growth, in this case, it's disheartening because we truly believe we've done the right thing by having our terms and conditions clearly accessible on our website, there is a direct link from the homepage.
Section 3.6 of our terms and conditions outlines that the responsibility for the return costs lies with the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is damaged or defective. I promptly checked to ensure our terms and conditions were accurate, and had there been an oversight and fortunately, no mistake was found. Your review did make me think we could do better though, so I have now added this information to our Delivery Information page too in an effort to make it even clearer, and to avoid any possible confusion in the future. I sincerely hope you might reconsider the strong recommendation to 'avoid us,' taking into account the transparent information available in our terms and conditions, and also the fact that we are an independent family business.
We understand that expectations around free returns can vary. But it's important to say here that there's no such thing as truly "free" postage and returns. Someone, somewhere has to foot the bill, and in the end, it's usually the customer, albeit not necessarily in the form of higher prices on more expensive items. Instead, the costs tend to sneak in through other channels. Many online fashion brands are starting to charge to process returns which we're committed to not doing at the moment. We always try to strike a balance between offering great value and service, and looking after the health of our business. We are an independent family business, paying our fair share of tax - we source fairly and pay our team above the Real Living Wage and we take pride in how we run our business and how we treat our customers. This is why we have customers come back to us time and time again, and this is why our reviews generally reflect this.
We always aim to offer outstanding service and ensure our customers are taken care of. Our team is here to help, and we always go the extra mile to make things right. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else on your mind, we're here and ready to chat.

Always my go to place! The best customer service ever, super super quick responses. If we ever need anything round the house etc, clothes and toys for my little one's, gifts, I always think of babipur first! Great sales, super fast postage. I love the Facebook group if feels like a lovely little community who are ALWAYS happy to help! Would 1000% recommend as we usually do to friends and relatives!
