AWM Windows and Doors Omdömen

Really good company to work with. Great selection of doors. We had made-to-measure French doors in grey (also grey interior which many firms don't offer). Excellent customer services and impressive delivery tracking on the day. Highly recommended.

Great service, communication all the way up to delivery and a wonderful driver.

Only part of order delivered and having to wait a further 8 days for balance

Super helpful, delivery on time, doors and windows were perfect

Excellent quality at a very good price and delivered on time by a very helpful driver.

Excellent product exactly as ordered and delivered promptly great company to deal with

Arrived as when they said it would.

Had a 1.5 x1 m opening purchased a 1.7x1.2 unit x2 on recommendation from company to fit the opening, but found on fitting,
There is not enough overhang on the top glazing unit this needs to be 100mm larger all around
From outside looking down in you can see plaster board top edge, tinted glass needs to be further in to cover this
Good product but not really discussed with the trade for final fitted look

My experience is very good witH AWM VERY HELPFUL management, delivery on time , product is very good , deserve 5 stars

Windows were exactly as describe, excellent professional service and delivery would definitely recommend

I ordered four windows and a set of French doors, all in anthracite. The doors were scratched and were white on the edge, the lock plate on the bottom was loose because one fixing screw was sheared off in the frame and another hole drilled in the wrong place. Phoned AWM and they sent me a touch up ( which had been opened and used ) and two screws .No apology, tried their complaints e- mail and it kept bouncing back, phoned again & was told a technician would contact me -----still waiting !! MY ADVICE DONT GO NEAR THEM !!
