Absolute scam! DONT BUY! They lie and refuse to give your money back. Ordered items 4 months ago and I’m still waiting.

Sent my items to the wrong address, when contacted they apologised and promised to send the items to the right address. They then refused to give me a tracking number for weeks until I complained to PayPal for a refund, in which they provided a tracking number that said the items had been delivered weeks ago when they hadn't. This company does nothing but take your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, even if the items did end up coming, it would take months for them to arrive. Their customer service is awful too, constant automated responses or telling me to wait, they only respond properly when you threaten to ask for a refund, and even then they still avoid everything you say

I bought two items from them they over charged me $10.98 I wanted to cancel my order but they refused to do it. They offer 24/7 support i was told they only work Monday to Friday. I am feed up of asking them to cancel my order I am going to make a complaint to the UK trading standards office. I have asked for their business address but no reply they trade in US dollars but I suspect they are a Chinese company.

Bought the cool looking Easter eggs that displace into dinosaurs for my son for Easter. Placed the order on the 8th of last month.. thinking they would possibly be here on time. It is now the 6th of April and I haven’t seen them or had updated tracking information on them. I’ve emailed customer service about my order and all they keep saying is to watch tracking. I’ve asked for a refund twice and again all they said was to check tracking. I emailed PayPal to hopefully get my money back!

Don’t buy their stuff they are not honest

I would not even give this website 1 star. The products that they sell are junk, not what they put in their advertisements. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!! I want my money back. A full refund of $29.00 My grandson will so disappointed when he get this junk product for Easter this yr.

Took almost 3 months to get my order and what a rip off wasn't worth the money at all looked like something a kid made. Live and learn never again!

Customer service ignores emails, never sent my item out but took my money and won't return it. Out 50USD for nothing. Definitely a scam. Hope karma gets this "company"

I got what I ordered, but they aren’t nearly what they looked like in the pic. I don’t trust this website, just find it on a different place.

I ordered a set of Plushies from this site. First it took a month for them to even send out the order and when I contacted the company I felt their customer service was very stand-offish.
Then when the item finally arrived the order was incorrect. I contacted the company to tell them this and sent photos (as well as a screenshot of the order) but they continued to insist that the order was right.

Do not order from this company.

Absolute scam website. Misrepresents item prices, claims wild discounts, has zero customer service, charges incorrect PayPal amounts. Absolutely shouldn't be allowed to operate, avoid at all costs.

Charged tax even though website claims prices are ‘after tax’ prices. This cost was not on the order confirmation/paypal confirmation screen- only on the paypal invoice sent after confirming. This took 6 emails and opening a paypal dispute to sort.

Originally requested to cancel order 6 minutes after placing due to the overcharge and was told the item had been picked/packed and shipped within that window of time so could not be refunded. 2 weeks later and the item still has not been shipped (according to the order screen).

Unhelpful and tried to avoid refunding me in the hope i will keep the item rather than having to pay return postage. Just hope this item actually arrives and looks like the images.

Ordered 2 different items. Received 2 of the same item instead. Emailed their customer support with pictures. After multiple days back and forth they are still claiming they send me the right items. Even though my order confirmation and what arrived are clearly different.
Do not use, you may not get what you ordered, and if so, good luck getting customer support to help.
