ordered but paid for but never delivered. never again.

If I could give them a negative star I would do not order anything from this company do you hear me they took my money sent me the wrong item and will not let me return it. They are going back and forth and their policy says that you can return an item they still will not let me return it do not order from them they are horrible. Went on their website and look at their return policy and it states you can return something but they will not let me and it took over a month for me to get the item the date on this is 6- 7- 2021

I bought two pairs of shorts two months ago. I made the error of looking at the review after buying those. I wait a week at first and the tracking number did not track anything and they were telling me it was send. I ask for a refund and they told me i couldnt because it was send. Two days ago i finally receive them. They are nice, but not the material i expected. The two stars is for the campany. I havent use my shorts so i cant tell you if they're good or not.

We spent over $60 before stumbling upon these reviews. I quickly asked for a refund directly after seeing this page and was told someone would reach out. I was asked for a confirmation number twice (I had already provided this), so I knew these emails weren’t even sent by a real person and they were automatically generated. Finally someone replied stating that they needed to know why I wanted to order. After my reply I was told I couldn’t cancel and to have a nice day. Why was I asked why I wanted to cancel if there’s nothing they can do? I will be talking to my bank or whoever they suggest I take this to. We will NOT be paying for this seemingly bobo Wish item. This company will not survive these ratings. Do not order.

I bought 2 leggings from this company called awakencheerful.com that I thought was tic toc leggings. Nope not so. It took awhile to come and when it arrived, I opened it and I was so disappointed by the cheap material something I could of bought in my area for $5 a piece. It’s poorly made. I guess I’ll be wearing it for my cleaning business 🤦🏽‍♀️. They get 0 stars from me. People work hard for their money, They should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered the grey leggings in my size like it said and it too two months for them to get to me! I tried them on and they don’t fit at all they are like baggy pants on me not tight! I contacted the customer service department and sent them pictures of the product and asked for a refund and how to send them back they said they’d give me 5$ for a refund and then they stopped responding after that I’ve asked for a full refund and told them I’d send my order back and have been trying for a week now to get in contact with customer service still! Like how are you going to offer a refund of $5 when I paid 5x that amount?!?!? don’t buy from them they are a scam !!!!!

Omg, i should Always read reviews before ordering, terrible company, took 6 week and the quality is very very low, leggings not the same as show, the bras is not good fit plus very poor quality, for 80$ NOT GOOD, SMELL BAD the tissu used. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

All the reviews are accurate. Took an entire month to receive leggings. Horrible fit and poor quality. Company will not allow returns or exchanges.

I'm forced to put one star, so I can write my review....what a horrible experience, I've been overcharged & no explanation the item is nowhere near being what they claim to be...now I'm fighting to get my money back....

There is no 0 stars for this awful company!!! Sent me a pair that was already worn!!! They should be shut down!!! All these reviews and if you still purchase from them it is on you WARNING ⛔️ This is the worst company ever!!! Took 6 weeks for the product to come and a used pair came in and another pair was obviously an extra small that didn’t even stretch asked for a refund and I will return the product and they slapped me with a compensation of $3!!!! Like seriously I just spent over 100$ and you can only give me $3 back!!!! You guys should burn as a company!!!

Absolutely shocking!!! Purchased 2leggings, 2different colors. Got the leggings after 4weeks and both are different materials.
Quality of the Leggings are cheap and not worth it. Dosnt sit well, see through and the elasticity of the top part (belt) is half the size. When wearing it, it rolls down.
Have asked for a refund or getting a new pair and the company offered me $3 or $5 in refund!!!! Don't bother for anyone wanting to get these.

DO NOT BUY from this company. I bought the TikTok leggings from them and I received fake looking ones. The material is trash and looks really cheap. I contacted their customer service and sent pictures and everything that they requested and nothing! They did not help and would not let me return them or even get a refund. Please save your money and buy from somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

One Wrongly sized and and not even the same leggings.
Had elastic through the waist.
Emailed and sent pictures as asked.
Clearly showed how much smaller one size was yet same size tags.
Their reply was thanks for the feedback we will endeavour to improve our service.
I asked for a replacement of the one pair or a refund, got sent the same reply.
Ripping off people. Disgusting.

All the bad reviews are 100% correct! Over a month to get my items. Tracking is all is a joke from China to US. Items are terribly made and look extremely cheap. If I could give no stars I would. Can’t leave reviews on their Facebook.

Terrible company. They end up over charging you and they delivering a product with incorrect sizing and terrible quality. They also do not do refunds or returns. Don’t waste your money. Not only do their products run small but they are the quality you’d expect.

This is so dumb, I ordered 2 pairs of leggings from them and it clearly said they’re 37$ and I got charged 40$. 3$ is not a huge deal but it just seemed weird that they overcharged without letting you know. I was supposed to get an email with an order confirmation and a tracking number but I didn’t receive anything. Have no idea what I’m supposed to do. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ordered a matching set of 2 plushies. 4 months went by and still only 1 had arrived, so i contacted their customer helpline and was told that it wasnt their problem because there was nothing wrong with my order, and that was it. It took three days to get that much, not a good company.

An extremely terrible company that scam you. They gave me incorrect tracking information for months and when I asked for the correct information or when my package was they completely ghosted me even when I've constantly emailed them. Tried to appeal with PayPal TWICE but they somehow got away with it, I'm absolutely appalled. Never buy from them, they need reporting for scamming. I spend £40 with them and I have yet to recieve either what I've ordered or the money 4 months later.
