Our stock includes cars, vans, commercial vehicles and specialist vehicles across a wide range of makes, models, conditions and price brackets. Vehicles are offered through timed online auctions, with selected stock also available to purchase at a fixed price. We aim to make the buying process clear and straightforward from registration through to collection. Each listing contains the information available to us at the time of sale, which may include the vehicle registration, displayed mileage, key and V5 status, HPI category, VAT position, condition photographs and any known faults or observations. Just to start off this company Ava Remarketing Ltd was formally seized and salvaged Ltd they folded the company due to being found liable to selling misleading and falsely advertised vehicles as I found out to my detriment to which I am owed a substantial sum of money which they have ignored even though the courts have ruled in my favour.
This has been the worst purchase I have ever made. I bought a vehicle that was described as “starts and drives around the yard”. This was absolutely not true. When it arrived, the vehicle would not start, would not crank, and was completely unusable from the moment of delivery. What I received was nothing like what was advertised.
The company hides behind the “trade only / sold as seen” excuse, but that does NOT justify a misleading description. They know the buyer cannot inspect the vehicle before delivery, yet still send out something in a far worse condition than stated.
Communication with the company is pointless: no help, no responsibility, only repeating their terms and conditions. No willingness to resolve anything, even when presented with clear evidence.
I decided to take the company to court to retrieve the money I was owed back under the trading standards act 2015 were I won the case only for them to ignore the court order and fold the company and restart it at the same address under there new name Ava Remarketing Ltd.
As the company is still trading just under a new name I am proceeding with a new court case regarding phoenixing which is illegal so just goes to show you how trustworthy these people are
I feel misled, ignored, and treated with complete disrespect.
This has been a major loss of money and time for me.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.
Unless you want to be ripped off there is only one thing for people like this and that’s prison ( which will be the outcome of the next court case ) absolute thieving scumbags stealing from hard working people.
Please please please stay away from these absolute criminals

AVA Remarketing Ltd was not formerly Seized and Salvaged Ltd. They are separate legal entities with different company numbers and different directors.
We cannot identify the reviewer or locate any transaction from the information provided. We have requested their name, vehicle registration, invoice or auction reference and purchase date. We have also requested the court claim number and sealed judgment supporting their claim that AVA ignored a court order. None of this evidence has been provided.
AVA has no record of any court claim, judgment or order involving this reviewer. The allegations of theft, criminality, illegal phoenixing and an inevitable prison sentence are serious, unsupported and firmly denied.
