Brilliant alloy wheel repair on all four wheels of mu Audi A6. Wayne had to fit in the job at short notice and had to travel a significant distance to reach me. He turned up on time having let me know he was coming and completed the job efficiently and with good humour. Thanks Wayne.

An immaculate repair to a small scratch on the inside paintwork of a rear door carried out by Mr Capel. The vehicle is only a few months old and it is now, literally, as good as new.

Service was good. Timing was not
The only thing that let it down was not being notified of when the technician would arrive.
I basically lost a whole morning where I could have got things done.
If you can have something in place that gives the customer a time frame of when for example"Your technician will be there between 1:15pm and 3:15pm" for example would be great.

Thank you for your feedback.
I know we have spoken directly on this matter but just wanted to confirm, as a business we run a all day appointment as our technicians will be our visiting multiple addresses within a day which can be scheduled up to the day prior to the repair. As such, their routes are not finalised until the night before to ensure we are working in the most efficient way.
We found in the past when we give customers time slots and the technician is held up due to traffic or delays on prior repairs, it causes our customers more upset which is why we changed this process and it has been successful so far.
However, our technician should have contacted you on the day with a estimated time of arrival so I will take this up with the technician and their manager today to ensure this does not happen again.
I am very happy to hear the quality of the repair was good and that the office was able to correctly advise you on the morning of the repair that it would be an afternoon appointment.

Dan Harrison attended my property. He was very polite and professional. The job was done in minutes. And the result! Omg! I can’t even tell where I ruined the alloy! The damage was quite a bit but he’s made it look spanking new! I’ve had my alloys done before a few months back but that dude didn’t do as good a job as this one. I was seriously gob smacked! Thank you Dan!
