Great communication beforehand when booking. Streamlined process. Alex arrived (texted prior to arrival), and simply got to it with my car alloys. Respected my property, and explained everything. Very helpful and advised to message if any problems.

The technician (Harry) was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do and that in the case of one wheel he wouldn't be able to completely fix it, but would do his best to minimise the appearance of the damage.

He was self-sufficient, just got on with the repair. He asked me to check I was happy with the repairs, once completed and I thought he'd done a good job.

Happy to recommend the company and technician.

The engineer (James) made sure that he arrived at a time that was convenient for us and repaired the damage to our wheel on the drive.

Really good experience. Arrived just before which was great and the alloy wheel looks as good as new. A friendly guy and super service. This was part of an alloy wheel insurance claim.

Had to return the following day as van alloy repair machine stopped working. However returned as promised and excellent repair carried out. Very friendly service
