Excellent service informed of repair date and time. Engineer rang on morning to confirm arrival. Engineer was extremely polite and wanted to get on the jobs in hand. He was here longer than expected as was not fully happy with his finished job due to the poor weather conditions. He then re did some of his work to get a perfect finish. Missing his lunch to get the job done. What an excellent service. The engineer is a credit to the company.

I was very happy with the work your technician did on my wheel repair. My insurance company said it would be at least a 30 day wait, but you guys called me the next day after the claim was approved and got me booked in for the following week.

The technician arrived promptly and got to work on the wheel. He was courteous of my property whilst in attendance and was very friendly.

Job done in 15 minutes by Rhys! He sent text message the day before to confirm time he would be visiting, was there few minutes before time. Very friendly, polite, and respectful, and knew what he was going. He was done in no time, and left and my property clean. Was a pleasure having him!

Kevin turned up on day and put my mind to rest on scratch on door that it wouldn't be a problem and look like new again.
