Had an issue with the alloy wheel refurbishment which was raised with Rhys in the office. He kept me up to date through the process. He referred to Matt the regional manager who went out of his way to meet me and resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Would recommend!

Ash messaged to say he could be with me early which was nice, he got here and I unlocked the car for him and left a door ajar to stop alarm going off, not sure what he did or how he did it but the three curbed wheels were done in no time and they look perfect.

Joe repaired my car. He did an amazing job on my driver's door on a BMW ix1. Before the repair there was a deep chip and scratch through to primer. The repair was perfect, no sign of any previous damage, and he re lacquered the whole panel leaving a flawless result. I'm so happy with the result. Joe was very professional.
