Great customer service
Great customer service. I purchased an item online. Th check details I filled in reset, and also reset the shipping option I had chosen. I completed the order unaware, only to find on my confirmation email I had been charged as much for delivery, as the item itself.
I emailed Auto Finesse, and they responded with news that they would adhere to the shipping method, but refund me the charge.
This is the first time I have ordered from Auto Finesse, but i have used their products previously, and always found them to be great quality. Nice to see their customer service is no different.

Phone charges!
I needed to call Auto Finesse in order to rectify a problem with a product, they did this efficiently. However, I was taken aback by being charged £2.56 for a 4:36mins call, their customer service number (08446 93 13 93) is set at a expensive rate. The ‘international calling’ number is a regular 01992 rate.
So if you call to get advice or maybe to complain about something they may be making a profit. When I complained about this they said they’d speak with their web development team about perhaps flagging this up on their website.... nothing has happened to date.

Great
Great quality products, I've used most things from Auto Finesse and would recommend all I've tried. Had a product that was damaged in transit and they arranged a convenient time of my choosing for a courier to do a package swap with a replacement product, can't fault their customer service.
