Just like to thank Lee and James with the attention I was given whilst having a warranty issue solved on my Mercedes E Class, absolutely fantastic.
I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending ACS, a great team, and further more, an excellent range of cars for every pocket.

Was down to check the car over the following day (appointments available).
Checked over a wider variety of cars onsite. Impressed with the showroom which is inside - all cars are spotless inside and out.
Took the preferred car out for a test drive same day and completed the purchase drove the car home same day.
Everyone on site was helpful friendly and welcoming from the minute we walked in the door till we left the site.
Representative we used was Che Dann very professional and helpful, sorted the whole car purchase out very quickly wasn’t pushy left us alone to check out the cars when we selected on he left us alone again to check the car out in peace he accompanied the test drive and again left us alone to make the decision but was always close enough to be able to call over for more information.
Impressed with this site couldn’t fault it today.

What can I say, after being another car company loyal for years I decided to make the switch. I have never received customer service this good in my life. Excellent communication, transparency, response time nothing was ever a bother or seemed like a silly question. The boys in particular Luke and Che need commended a praise and a raise from their manager 👏 less than a week turnaround from start to finish. I bought a car from Jacob today, his customer service was outstanding he put me at ease from start to finish. I really appreciated the video he sent me prior to coming so I could see all aspects of the car and when I did come to view the car I did not feel pressured to purchase at all . He was thorough, professional and clearly knew what he was talking about. I would recommend auto choice and Jacob to anyone buying a new car.

Prior to picking up my car I was generally happy with my experience with Autochoice, however I experienced a severe lack of communication after purchasing the car. The day before I was due to pick the car up I was told that it was delayed due to a new part needing to be fitted, which was on order. I understand this was necessary and was happy to wait, however as the days went on I was left to chase them up, with them never ringing me back when they said they would. This turned into me waiting 3 weeks in total from the date I was meant to collect the car, to finally picking it up. I had explained I needed the car due to work, meaning this put me at a major inconvenience. It had turned out that they tried to order cheaper versions of the original part, in order to save money on their end. This meant these cheaper versions did not fit the car properly and it was only in my third week of waiting that they ordered the correct original part. This turned my experience into a very stressful one.

I received great advice, prompt help and all the information I required was given to me quickly and well documented. I am very impressed with the service I received from Josh, who was professional, courteous, respectful and genuinely interested in helping me the best he could. I would highly recommend Autochoicecarsupermarket to anyone wishing to purchase a decent vehicle
