Excellent Service acquiring a refurbished Printer
Needed to replace a discontinued Samsung printer, Darren at Athema was extremely helpful over the phone and by email in sourcing a refurb unit, the printer arrived on the day stated to on of our branch offices and was packaged well, unwrapped and working with no issues, would recommend.

Horrendous Customer Service.
Ordered a printer and had to chase for a delivery update twice. Printer finally arrived 3 weeks after the initial order and the reason cited was "The Warehouse forgot to dispatch it". Utterly useless in terms of "Customer Care" with all the grace and personality of a wet fish.
My request for a credit note against the £10 carriage fee was answered with "I still have to pay for the carriage so I will not be refunding it". The chap I dealt with, Darren, even had the audacity to blame us for not chasing them more... Who was the paying customer in this scenario and who made the error of not sending the goods?
We deal with 100's of IT equipment vendors and this has been one of, if not the worst experience I have ever had.
Abhorrent attitude and no desire to have a happy customer base.
Avoid like the plague.

Excellent Customer Service
I was looking to replace a few of my company's laser printer and found Darren at Athema Services to be one of the most helpful people I have had to deal with. We had a major print job that had to be completed in 3 days. The refurbished printers (Laserjet 2600n's) arrivied as promised, installed and now working perfectly. I cannot praise Athema enough for getting us out of this tight hole.
