I paid them off in August 2022. It's now January 2023, they still claim I am in default with them on my credit file which is entirely false. I've emailed twice and phoned twice with zero reply a week on. It really is a wonder they actually exist. I'd love them to try and take me to court over their false balance. The satisfaction would be immense as I'd claim damages out their ears.

Despicable company i paid them off two months ago now and they still will not update their systems, I've sent them multiple emails a signed for letter, but as yet nothing in return. Tried calling them a few times, but end up waiting on the phone upto 30 minutes. But their quite happy with harassing you if you owe them money.

Best way is to take this scum on is to educate through mass awareness. They are accountable for misery and who knows whatever else. I’m very early stage of setting aside a fraudulent court order and have already spoken with local MP and Looking to hear from anybody who cares to support a combined effort of raising awareness of them

Very poor practices. Got a debt recovery letter from them for a debt that wasn’t mine from their solicitors Dryden Fairfax. After a year of disputing the debt (incurring costs myself) I eventually got their compliance officer to review (only after complaining to financial ombudsman). They agreed they ran an incorrect address trace (which I had been saying since the beginning) and dropped the case. Took a year and was a stressful experience affected credit rating etc. they need to improve their research before harassing people.

THIS WAS CLOSED VIA OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING (MR SHEPHERD NOW FCA HOME AUTHORITY OFFICER) AND MS. DEBBIE Du-Bois SENIOR OFFICER AT THE TRADING STANDARDS.

THEY CANNOT WAIT FOR THE ACCOUNT REOPENED LETTER FROM YOURSELVES….. GOOD BYE TO YOUR CONSUMER CREDIT LICENCE !! MORALLY UNBELIEVABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE.

BEST PART, THE DEBT WAS NEVER MINE. YOU WENT ON A FISHING EXPEDITION AND FOUND MY NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH TO MATCH THE ORIGINAL DEBTOR. I STILL HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS!!

This company is only good in taking money from people they will send letters and threats but if they owe money from people they will delay or even ignore it. It took them more than 2 years to adjust my balance on my account after only I complaint to ombudsman, and after the decision I only find out that it was not deducted till my last payment was credited, my account was showing I overpaid and still waiting for my refund because arrow has not responded yet for the refund

Capquest chased me for alledegly owing HBOS 10k. Took them on and insist on copies of full accounts evidence debt.

Arrow global now contact me to say it statute barred.

Still chasing as never recognize debt in 1st instance.

They crooks chasing very , very old debt ( which may not even be exist )

Take them on , insist in full disclosure in all instances

Arrow Global buy expired debts, and reset defaults on credit profiles. They are more than happy to commit corporate fraud, As they have done with Vanquis Bank.
Do not pay these criminals, get proper advice, and challenge then by asking for a Subject Access Request.
Their illegal activities should be made to stop!

John Michell my husband and myself are dealing with the same thing. I have sent this to the financial ombudsman but I am not seeing any help with this. These people seem to be untouchable. Paying a mortgage like an old endowment one but don't have a policy to cover the capital at the end of. My husbands health has gone to pot with the stress. He tried to commit suicide last year over this. I actually don't know where to turn.

Took out at £20k loan in 2005! For 20 yrs! Paid back £46k yet still owe a further £50k!
Arrow have failed to provide a copy of the signed loan and now having to go via FO! Can anyone help with advise.
It’s crippling me and my family seems have no where to turn for help as Arrow Global refuse to respond!

Absolutely appalling company! All of a sudden they appear on my credit score stating that an account with them is in default, however don't provide any information as to what that account is. Called their company time & time again only to be put on hold for 20/25 minutes consistently being told that by a patronizing automated service that my call will be answered soon when it never does. Emailed several different departments at their company wanting to get more information on this mysterious debt on my credit file however, nobody ever replies. A truly frustrating & quite frankly appalling company that should not be allowed to carry on making peoples lives a misery.

This company have no passion or care about people’s mental heslth.. The original owner bought this debt back of cabot in early March and wrote the debt off our now 29th of June and they still refusing to remove the default off my credit file even though i have a 0 balance.. They updated my credit file 4 times since the debt was bought bank and wrote off. I opened a complaint and they did not deal with it said the company had done nothing wrong and now ignoring me emails the last email said we consider the matter closed even though i explained about my mental health and the original owner even told them to remove the default.. This company made me suicidal and ill and they don’t care they even told me my account is on hold and after that period they will be further calls even though it’s been wrote off by mbna and as you can see with all the reviews they not a good company don’t care and no passion and you can also see not one of these reviews got a reply from this vile company. It’s not as if i owe them anything

I have just noticed this arrow global on my credit score from Jun 2017 I have no idea what this debt is and wasn't on there a few months ago. What do I do?

This company is now being reported to the fca for using incorrect default dates to chase old debts and causing by the looks of things personal hardship to many uk house holds supply of the wrong data is breaking uk law and you can make a claim against this company via small claims court data breach and get compensation there are quite a few claims management companies now taking this kind of work on too stand together and take this company down for compensation

I’ve had no contact or dealings with Arrow global whatsoever. I have just been notified by equifax they have added a default to my credit report from a account from 2013! I am absolutely furious as I am currently in the middle of a mortgage application and having them done this could result in loosing my mortgage, secondly how can they just add a default from a account that is 8 years old? I’ve raised this with them and just got a auto email response to say they will be in contact within 5 working days! This is unacceptable and I will not be letting this go, absolutely disgusting

Absolutely useless.... no idea who they were what they were for nothing then eventually get to the bottom of it paid them £195.85 that I owed only to be told i owe another £800+ in interest and charges! They have put a charge on my house too...Complained about charged etc still ongoing. Caused severe stress and anxiety but they don't give one so long as they get the money!!! Awful company, horrendous echoing phone lines, don't act on information given and then say they have up to 8 weeks in total to give detailed reply. Further stress anxiousness whlist wait, made 4 calls to try to get response. End up angry or in tears everytime. No genuine customer care at all.

No idea who the f u c k this outfit are?!? I've applied for a house to rent only to be told there's adverse credit I didn't declare. I ended up buying a credit report only to show these mugs have got an apparent loan and I think they applied for a CCJ right at the last minute. My reasoning is I've never had any correspondence not even from the court which I'm guessing like normal courts I would be given notice in order to defend my case....or is it just a case of he who has the fattest wallet wins?!?
Anyway how do I pass DPA without s reference....I'm certainly not divulging my personal details just so they can bullsh*t their way.

How does this company get away with their abuse of the Data Protection Act and falsely applying incorrect default dates? Why are they allowed to continue to get away with this? Where is the regulator? This company makeup default dates and falsely impact on clients credit ratings and get away with it!!
