Do not pay this company! Write a letter to them recorded delivery or and email them. Debt over 6 years old does not stand in a court under limitation act. Please guys do your homework before paying vile preditor companies like this one. You must state the debt is dead. I hadn't paid a penny on over £20k debt in 21 years. Can't pay we'll take it away! Where were you guys.....I had the kettle on and everything. This is the problem with big banks and companies. Give high interest cards and loans to teens. I'm glad I got one up on the system hope more of you can.

Good luck. Don't pay it but you must communicate with or they will do it in your absence and CCJ you. When I communicated they wrote back saying my balance was now zero.

had a letter today from these criminal lowlife sharks saying I owe £982.13 but they'd reduce it to £245.53 ALLEGEDLY with there clients permission apparently provident to which i have absolutely no clue what this ALLEGED so called debt is for. as some of the other reviews on hear truspilot being HARRASSED by these SC#M for ALLEDGED DEBTS TURNING PEOPLE TO SUICIDE LIKE IM FEELING OF DOING NOW ESPECIALLY WITH MY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. THESE PEOPLE WILL HAVE BLOOD ON THERE HANDS FOR HARRASSING US PEOPLE.

Watch out for these received a letter this morning saying I owe £809 to provident which I've never had that's why I knew it was a scam these people should be brought to justice oh and then the other letter says they will accept £202

Sent a letter to my house, but they are scammers - do not pay them a penny

Had a letter this morning from them saying that Capquest had passed my debt of £155 for Grattans on to them and they were willing to accept £38 in full settlement, How kind of them! Capquest wanted £55! They must be getting desperate now. I did have an account with Grattans over 30 years ago, and as far as I am aware there was no balance outstanding. A bit late to be chasing this even they must realise that it would be statue barred after only 6 years. They are very annoying. The letter has gone into the recycle bin with the other rubbish.

No communications but a negative on credit score?

Checked my credit score and noticed a default from this company, I've had no communications whatsoever and fail to understand how a company I've had no dealings or communications with can leave such a negative impact. Absolutely despicable.

One star is too good for this company and absolute sharks who charges over 50 per cent interest on goods from Very and Freemans shop elsewhere

I have received a letter from Arrow Global saying they have taken over a dept of £282.96 from Capquest. I don't have any debt and have an excellent credit score. I can't get in touch with them . Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

HOW DO THESE PEOPLE STAY OUT OF PRISON ? It should be quite obvious to most people that this company are very dishonest to say the least .. I personally have proof in my possession proving that they went after a man claiming he had died and they was entitled to the money the man had left behind the problem was the man was still alive and this dept had been settled in court many years previously , Arrow knew this might upset the man his wife and the rest of his family . But obviously this didn’t make any difference to ARROW GLOBAL..all they wanted was the man’s money and obviously the families feelings and distress that might be caused by this was of no consequence..

Arrow Global tried suing me for debt settlement as a result of me reporting them for providing credit agencies with false information.
In court they tried pulling one stunt after another after another after another until the district judge finally got sick of them and threw the case out.
What it meant was not only did they lose the original amount of the debt (which wasn't large), but multiple teams of legal representatives acting for them in the County Court.
The bottom line is if people fight back and it costs Arrow fortunes every time they take innocent people to court, they will think twice about it and hopefully the governing authorities (such as the FCA) will start forcing 'good practice' on these 'low lives'.

This company promised to pay me £100 compensation for a statute barred account from 2014 that was fully paid off in full. They could not even provide a CCA after paying them £1 admin fee.to supply it.Total scammers.

Absolute scam. They shouldn't even hold any of my details on any file. The FCA have been contacted about alleged debts in my name and holding my details illegally.

TESCO HAS LOST THE PLOT

A vile disgusting bunch of Jeremy Hunts!!! Have been HOUNDING me for a debt of over £8000! A debt that I never had with the company they are claiming, a look at my credit file proves that.

Yet when I demanded the proof of original credit agreement, they get another vile bunch of legal enforcers to palm you off!

They can’t ever prove there was a credit agreement with Virgin Money, because THERE NEVER WAS ONE!!!

All they are doing is hounding me to take my own life!

Arrow global sent my girlfriend a letter stating she owed a debt from 18 yrs ago to a bank she has never had an account or any kind of card with.

Seems these people are trying to recover debt in which they have no right to even ask for.
my advice is to ask them for any documentation they have to prove any debt they claim you owe.

These people like to prey on the weak and misinformed but they have absolutely no power whatsoever other than scare tactics, even if you owe the money challenge everything.

Always insist on the relevant paperwork that proves their claim, which would be a contract (you want the original paperwork not a copy) containing a valid signature from both yourself and the lender or creditor which needs to under 6yrs from the date it was signed, and without it they have no claim.

If the claim is is over 6 yrs they have no claim throw the letter in the bin and forget about it,

Never agree to pay them anything until you see the original documents, if you do you are admitting the claim.

you also have the right to counter sue them for any cost’s regarding a false claim if they cannot provide evidence of their claim.

Write to them giving them 6-8 weeks to provide the documents you asked for, if they don’t provide them you can start legal proceedings against them if they don’t cease with the harassment, charge treble of what they threatened you with. ie £75 for each letter you write them,£25 for everytime they phone you, keep your records safe.

You don’t remember this debt you are perfectly within your rights to ask them to provide you with the proof of their claim, the onus is on them not you.

Keep hold of any letters they send,photo copy any letters you send them and insist they correspond with you in writing only, remember these people are pond scum treat them as such, and don’t lose a wink over them.

Trying to call them now absolutely shocking service 45 minutes so far so want to speak to them they send a letter saying to contact them obviously don't want my money not bothered lol answer your phone because I won't be calling bk

After more than 360 days of paying full outstanding balance and having recieved confirmation that they will update credit file to satisfied, it still hasn't happend causing me so much financial distress. They never ever answer phone either. I'm current sat on hold waiting for someone to answer through my whole lunch break. Another day without being able to sort it.
