Great experience at Apex vets. From the reception staff who did their best to make my dog feel welcome and relaxed to the professionalism of the vet. Everyone was kind and efficient. It was our first visit to Apex Vets and from sitting in the waiting area with ‘regulars’ I could tell that all pets and owners are treated with the same care.

We’ve been taking our cat for ongoing treatment for his ear and the service we’ve received has been exemplary. The vets and the support staff are all lovely, put us all at ease and explain everything so well.

I have came too Apex in Denny on a number off ocations... most off which has been emergancy situations... not once have they refused helpping.. i had never been too Apex before and i called them wuth a huge issue.. i just rescued a redfoot tortoise whos owner passed... the tortoise who is now named Tank came too us with a prolapsed man hood... i called Apex and got a call back within an hour from one off there vets whos named Callum Aitken... he advised he wanted too see tank so an hour after the call, myself and Tank where waiting too see Callum... 6 hours after the phone call my Tank had an operation costing £400+... i expained i had only half off the money and i had too borrow that half.. they undersood, still done surgary, and have me 3 weeks too pay the balance... this was all done thro Apex.. other vets in the area refused too even look at my Tank as he wasnt registered.. from that point Apex is and will always be my vet and the only vet id recomened... staff are 5*, service 5*... there just amazing....

The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives me complete confidence that my pets are in the best hands.
What stands out most is how genuinely caring they are—not only towards the animals but also towards their owners. Whether it's a routine check-up or a more serious concern, they always go above and beyond to provide outstanding care and support.

More than happy to be registered with Apex Vets in Denny. They really look after your dog. The staff from vets, nurses and receptionists are, polite, courteous and helpful and provide an excellent service. I highly recommend this veterinary practice

Fantastic caring service from Kat today with my oldie, yesterday she collapsed 4 times and couldn’t walk. A call to the vets, Callum did a medication change immediately at home, which helped her settle overnight until we seen Kat. Today my baby girl is up and about enjoying each day as it arrives.

Apex Vets are a wonderful practice. The service they provide is exceptional and all members of staff are so friendly and helpful. The premises are welcoming and always pristine and they offer a range of food, treats and toys.

Brilliant practice. All staff friendly. Maggie has been seeing Glen for 8 years with skin issues that thankfully have settled now but an occasional visit is still required. Would highly recommend.

Ben was unusually nervous today but the nurse was able to do her job by talking to him.

Tilly has been a patient here for a few years and, now at 10 years old, she’s had a few health issues over the last year that have required several visits. Throughout it all, the care and attention she has received have been excellent.

Tilly is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and loves coming to the practice – partly because she’s a wee cutie and gets lots of fuss from everyone! The vets have always been caring, professional and thorough, and I’d particularly like to mention Doug, Sam and Katie, who have all looked after her so well.

The reception team also deserve recognition. They are always friendly, helpful and welcoming, both in person and on the telephone. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and their communication is excellent.

I recently had to use the emergency out-of-hours service, which was a huge reassurance when the surgery was closed. Knowing expert advice is available when needed provides real peace of mind.

I’ve always been able to get an appointment when required, and the reminder service for appointments and medication orders is extremely helpful.

Thank you to the whole team for the kindness, professionalism and genuine care you show to both pets and their owners. It is very much appreciated.

Always a really great service, most recently yesterday when our dog was feeling under the weather, very lethargic and just not herself at all. Apex suggested she come in for a check same day. The vet was great, and was able to quickly diagnose a back issue after a thorough examination and prescribed some painkillers and anti-inflammatories to help. I always find all staff at Apex very efficient, friendly and fantastic with our dog and feel we are in good hands.

Huge thank you to Doug at Apex Vets for the amazing care Binx received today. Doug was incredibly thorough with his examination and took the time to explain exactly what he was checking for and what his findings meant throughout the appointment. As a worried pet owner, it was so reassuring to be talked through everything step by step rather than being left wondering.

Binx was kept in for X-rays and pain relief, and I was kept fully updated throughout the day with clear communication at every stage. The whole team made a really stressful situation much easier and I felt completely informed and reassured the entire time.

Thank you again for taking such great care of Binx — it was genuinely appreciated.

Excellent local vets. Great staff and exceptional service

Our dog has ongoing problems with allergies that affects his paws and recently his ears. He had further issues to do with allergies that meant he had to be bathed weekly and samples taken to ascertain best treatment. I was very impressed to get an e mail after recently consultation outlining what was agreed and next steps. Very useful as you don’t always remember everything. Staff are all really friendly and I feel what treatment is best is discussed and nothing is forced on you. Definitely recommend Apex as they are great with animals and people

When our dog had to attend as an emergency all the staff we encountered (both administrative and clinical) were calm, empathetic, respectful and knowledgeable. Our dog and us by extension were given the highest standard of care and for that we are very grateful.

Callum has been wonderful in looking after Penny he told us what to do with the drops I didn’t think I could do it but Penny has been playing her part letting me put her drops in. I would thoroughly recommend APEX vets to anyone the vets, nurses and admin all play a part in making the best experience for ur pet we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Max has been going to Apex since he was born, he is almost 7. They are always amazing. Nothing has ever been a problem and the staff are always so happy and helpful.
