Moving across the world with a Pet is incredibly stressful. Doing it with a grumpy old frenchie is …maybe more stressful. I cannot speak highly enough about AirPets, start to finish. Every interaction was friendly and professional, carefully explained…and so speedy. Truly appreciate the crew who made this so much nicer than I expected, and helped Gus get to the UK safe and sound 💛

The team have been truly professional for a whole process. It is not just a service from door to door. They know how to treat our pets perfectly. No rush but right on time. They made sure they came in a bit earlier to spend a bit of time to get to know us and importantly our animals.
Not every pet relocation company will treat animals like this. We are so thankful for their service.

From start to finish Lauren made the whole process of exporting my beautiful dog to Addis Ababa so easy. She took away the stress whilst being clear on the actions and the processes.

I would not hesitate to use Airpets again and I am hugely grateful for the care my dog Thika received whilst with them.

Thank you to Sophie and the Airpets team for their fabulous service moving our lovely dog from England to Australia. Moving a pet to Australia is an incredibly long and complicated process but Sophie was wonderful from the outset and clearly laid out all the steps required and timescales. Once our dog had started her journey, Sophie did a great job with keeping us updated and informed (it was very reassuring to receive photos of her travels). Our dog was released from quarantine yesterday and is very happy to be in her new home. I'd have no hesitation in using Airpets in the future.

We had a brilliant experience from start to finish with Airpets and moving our dog from the UK to Canada. We were already in Canada and the process was smooth thanks to Ailise! Our dog was cared for very well, we were regularly given all the information we needed to make a very anxious journey better. Ailise was birlliant and gave regular updates once our dog arrived for her flight/pre-travel vet check, we also got picture updates of her stay. Once our dog arrived in Canada, the company Airpets partnered with to clear customs for us were also brilliant. very impressed and would hilighy recommend this business. We will be using them again if we move in future! Thank you.

Ailise was ultra-responsive to inquiries and questions and was in constant contact through the booking and shipping process.

Airpets helped me through a pretty rough time! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff… 10/10 would recommend for anyone. Not one bad thing can be said about the company or people that help run it.

Airpets did a great job, I had provided the wrong information and so they were not expecting our dog to arrive that day. They conversed back and forth through email in a very timely manner and they were able to resolve the issue with even staying late to make sure she was received properly!

We honestly can’t recommend AirPets highly enough.

Our move to Australia didn’t go to plan, we were originally meant to fly via Doha, but due to delays we ended up rerouted via Singapore. At the same time, Buddy was scheduled to travel via Dubai, but with everything going on globally, his journey was delayed and eventually rerouted over 3 weeks later via LAX.

This could have been an incredibly stressful experience, but Sophie and the AirPets team were absolutely brilliant throughout.

They stepped in, took control of the situation, and reassured us every step of the way that Buddy would travel on the safest and soonest route possible, which is exactly what they delivered.

The communication and care were flawless. We received regular updates, messages, and even videos, which made being apart from him much easier to handle. At times, it genuinely felt like a family member was looking after our boy.

Despite all the unexpected changes and delays, everything was handled calmly, professionally, and with real compassion.

Buddy has now arrived safely, settled in brilliantly, and we couldn’t be happier.

Claire Gage was our guide through the process of getting our two canine kiddos from the U.S. to France. She was kind and understanding throughout the entire process. We truly could not have done this without her. Our only critique, and we believe this is out of Airpet Internationals hands, would be that it would be nice to have more check-ins along the way and that animals would be aloud to exit their carriers after their TSA check-ins and before their flights so they could stretch their legs and relieve themselves if necessary. It can be a super long time and most pets do not want to relieve themselves in the area they will be in for many hours.

From start to finish they made our journey so less stressful and we’re always on hand anytime any day … they were truly amazing. Jodie was amazing at the end helping sort a hiccup with the crate.

Airpets helped my two cats come into the UK from the US a few weeks ago and was very satisfied with the service. They were communicative and took care of my cats after their very long travel day before sending them off. I would use them again

The relocation of our family member,romeo, to cyprus was handled very professionally and with his welfare taken into consideration at all times,
We had 1 issue which was beyond airpets control where we were messed around with BA who were originally going to fly romeo. Rather than create extra workload, airpets colleague,ailice Taylor was brilliant, she took the time to sort the issue out by managing to find a replacement flight so problem solved which was a great help

The service from start to finish has been so smooth. Ailise has been on hand for every question no matter how big or small. Crates were delivered to our home address in advance as I requested them for our pets to adjust before the flights. Animals were collected from our home and stayed at the kennels on site for the night with lots of pictures and updates of them enjoying the enclosed grass areas for them to run around freely and safely the day before there flight. The day of the flight ran so smooth and the animals arrived safe and happy! We cannot thank Airpets and especially Ailise enough! Thank you for reuniting us with our dogs and cat in Cyprus.

I can not begin to sing the praises of Airpets and in particular Sophie. Due to some conflict in the Middle East, our dog Bonnie could not travel on her booked flights. Sophie went above and beyond to find an alternative route and co-ordinated everything! Communication was outstanding and Sophie was calm and persistent. It is during challenging times that you get a real feel for the quality of a company and its people and Airpets were incredible at all stages.

Airpets to the rescue (especially, Sophie!)
We are relocating from the UK to Sydney at the end of March 2026. Our near 7 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was supposed to fly Qatar airlines via Doha, using another reputable UK agent. Thanks to our orange friend across the pond, our plans changed last minutes as Qatari airspace was closed and the other agent had no viable option available to us.

I called Airpets and was transferred to the lovely Sophie, who kept me calm and reassured me she had a solution to fly Jam through the USA.
We quickly pivoted agents and Sophie got to work. Her main aim was to get things going, not chasing for payments or contracts etc (that stuff was done in parallel).

After lots of panicked emails and calls from myself - fast forward a few days and Sophie and her global network of agents flew Jam via LA into Melbourne, and we’ve had confirmation that he’s arrived safe and well in Melbourne to serve his 10 days of quarantine.

I’d like to thanks Sophie and Airpets for helping out here. It really means the world that our furbaby was not left behind and made it to quarantine in time, safe and sound. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIRPETS! ❤️

I had a really positive experience overall. There was a slight delay with the airport procedures, but everything was handled smoothly and there were no issues in the end. Amber was very polite, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the process, which made everything much less stressful. My dog Ken has arrived safely and is settling in really well at home. I’m super happy with the service.

Amber at Airpets handled the final leg of Boytjie’s journey from Cape Town to London extremely professionally. It’s a long trip and once we made it to London we were all (owners and dog) tired so it was reassuring to have Amber oversee the importation protocols & she kept us informed throughout the process. The delivery driver who brought Doggo to the house from the airport was very considerate and it was comforting to see how committed he was to minimise stress levels. Thanks again for all your help, we would recommend you guys very highly having done the journey once before and having a previous experience of the process which wasn’t quite as great.

We brought our dog (staffy) from London to Sydney via Doha. AirPets was amazing. Sophie Powell in particular was so helpful. I was very anxious about the journey and Sophie was so reassuring and went above and beyond to support us. Our dog Junie was totally fine and has settled into Aussie life beautifully.
