Woeful customer service.
We had triple glazed windows from Apex-International fitted 18 months ago throughout our new build house. The seal on one of our sealed units has leaked and the window is now steamed up. Surely a simple issue to fix? Despite numerous attempts at contact via phone and email we simply cannot get the company to respond. On one occasion when we did get through on the phone the lady said it was nothing to do with them, we had to contact the fitters. Our contract is with Apex therefore legally they are responsible. Their 'not my problem' attitude is not what you would expect from their glossy brochure and smart website.
Come on Apex-International surely you can do better than this.
