Bad quality workmanship
From the day we installed our Curvecraft kitchen, I noticed that the cupboards began chipping, scratching, and showing signs of wear with minimal use. I raised this concern with Curvecraft at the time and was told that I needed to "take more care" with the kitchen. However, despite following all recommended care guidelines, the deterioration has continued, and the cupboards now show significant wear.
They are now attributing this damage to water exposure, but I must strongly disagree. A kitchen is by its very nature exposed to moisture and water in normal use. Any kitchen advertised and sold as high-quality, especially at a premium price, should reasonably be expected to withstand normal kitchen conditions, including light water contact.
The issues with my kitchen clearly point to poor-quality materials or a fault in manufacturing and materials/paint used. This is especially true as the defects were noticeable from the outset and have worsened over time despite careful usage.
My kitchen after 3 years looks like its 20 years old… I have friends with kitchens that are 15 years plus old and they still look like new. Mine looks sad and sorry…
