FANTASTIC SERVICE
We have used Apetito for almost 3 years and we cannot say enough about how good their customer service, deliveries and especially their food are. We are a 42 place nursery and we feed children main lunch and pudding Monday to Friday. Apetito provide a varied and highly nutritious menu which our children love. They have solved our problem of the cook having time off or annual leave. Anyone is able to pop their prepared meals into the oven. Their guidelines and record keeping templates make cooking as easy and hassle free as can be. Their teams throughout their company are professional and friendly and solve any problem they may crop up. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend any nursery setting to use them.

We have been using APETITO for 10 years and find the choice and adaptability great.
We can change menus, create individual menus for service users to suit their personal wants and needs easily using the online portal, or Gill will happily create or adapt them for us.
At the start of the Covid pandemic, we had a very reassuring phone call from Gill, who told us that there would be no change in the supply, or supply shortages. So despite shortages with our other suppliers, Apetito kept to their word and continued with business as normal, for which we are extremely grateful.
Gill has been a fantastic help, giving regular updates of new products, seasonal amendments and special occasion menus, family tasting sessions and activity packs. And she is always happy to help with anything she can.

I have worked with Apetito for nearly 6 years covering a portfolio of Residential Care Homes in Scotland and North of England. Both the Organisations are values based and I have always found Apetito to be responsive, professional, consistent and supportive. From providing staff training to menu planning and helping us to create that fine dining experience for our residents - nothing is ever a problem!

We are a nursing home and have used Apetito for about eight years. The service is second to none. You have an allocated account manager who is always at the end of the telephone. Customer service staff are pleasant and helpful and the food is tasty, nutritious and has a huge range of products. They also cater for all dietary needs from normal to blended and halal, It is a great service and makes giving the residents a healthy diet easy.

I am happy with the service that Apetito provides and have no major concerns. I am always able to speak to customer services with any requests or queries that I have and find that they are always very helpful. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because the window to amend your order is very short so if I have forgotten to order something or there has been a change I sometimes can not have it amended. This isn't great when we receive a new resident that needs to go on a special diet but doesn't arrive until after the order deadline or when we have an existing resident that needs to change diet immediately.

Apetito and Paula our account manager have been great from day one.
Any questions or support is readily available.

The clients enjoy the varies choice and really enjoy 99% of the meals.

Apetito provide a very good service. The food is of an very good quality and is very tasty, especially their sticky toffee pudding. Our Client Development Manager is very helpful and addresses any queries we may have in a timely manner.

Apetito supports our home to provide nutritional, seasonal and person-centred meals. Apetito supports our home with fortified meals, low calorie meals and meal options to support texture modified, vegetarian and vegan diets. Our deliveries are timely and the order process is easy to use and follow. We would recommend Apetito to other homes providing care and support to those living with dementia care needs.

We use Apetito every day. Apetito are second to non in quality and cost, all the meals are nutritionally balanced giving you consistently the best possible diet at a very reasonable price. They cater for every dietary requirement and cover all known allergies, they are the best possible choice in maintaining a health nutritious diet.

Apetito have been fantastic to work with and are a very customer focused organisation. They ensure that every process from ordering, product and delivery is as good as it can be. They are easy to contact and ensure the best outcomes for my team and customers.

Firstly and most importantly Apetito provide really tasty food and there are loads of options if someone doesn't like something.
Secondly their customer service is the best I've ever experienced! A quick text or call to Dave or Dean and they come straight back, and any issues are immediately addressed. Dave in particular is massively experienced and has helped me with every aspect of the catering side of our business (not just the Apetito bit).
EHO inspections are much easier and providing texture modified meals is easy, safe and way better than trying to do it in house- the days of mush from a blender are way behind us now and thank goodness!
Our residents and our whole organisation benefits from their large R&D budget and there are regular webinars and training available.
Now we have Apetito if the chef/cook doesn't turn in it's easy to cover as many staff members are able to cook the food- it doesn't take a qualified chef.

Our company has partnered with apetito for the last 7 years. The help, support and dedication of our client development manager Gill has been second to none and of paramount importance to the delivery of the nutrition and service to our business.
The assistance with regards to activities and additional support is a fantastic tool which has been utilised across the board.
The specialist dietary requirements of our residents is taken care of by apetito and assistance is always on hand any time of the day if needed by our CDM.

I have been really pleased how Apetito have maintained out food supplies throughout the pandemic. I find the way we can order different diets is really helpful in meeting our residents needs. Having an account manager to contact is really helpful and we have have very positive advice, help and support from ours.

I work in a Care Home and I am responsible for ordering the food from Apetito for the Residents. The ordering of the food is very simple and straightforward. There is a great selection of food on offer which has all the nutrients that I residents require. The food is very tasty and I have sampled many of the dishes. The Customer Service we receive from them is excellent. I would highly recommend using Apetito.

From the onboarding process with Dean the whole process has been simple and really improved the service we provide to our residents.

As we have expanded as a company Apetito has grown with us and made the process of adapting new sites quicker and a much smoother process.

Once your up and running your account manager is there to support you and Dean continues to regularly check in to make sure everything is running smoothly.
