Great meals
Really enjoyed all the meals we've tried they are a bit pricey but we'll worth it . Great Meal
Had a szechuan chilli beef noodles and great meal as usual from Charlie Bingham . These meals to have now and then are first class,best ready meals I have had. Great to have if you haven't got a lot of time but want something that hits the spot

Why no Chicken Kievs?
We’ve tried a lot of your meals and have enjoyed them.
One of our favourites is Chicken Kiev but we can’t buy it any more.
The shops on the Fylde coast ( Lytham, StAnnes, Blackpool etc) all say the same when we ask why. “We can’t get it from the manufacturers”
Can you answer this query please?

Each retailer has full discretion over which of our dishes they choose to stock, so unfortunately we don't have any control over the range available in individual stores.

Don’t listen to the haters …the ‘it’s not like the one I get from my Thai restaurant or its not got this or not got that’
Be brave , give it a go and if you have an open mind I’m sure you will love the 6 minute Pad Thai . I did and highly recommend it . A few prawn crackers also add to the experience but of course that’s optional. Enjoy

Contacted Charlie Bingham and they are kindly reimbursing me thankyou Charlie Bingham for caring !Smoked haddock gratin lovely sauce potato rosti great needed a microscope to find the haddock - very expensive but thought it looked and sounded promising might just as well have just made potato gratin with sauce and spinach will not be wasting my money again !

Having tasted the Green Thai Curry from all the proprietary brands I can categorically state that Charlie Bighams is by far the best. From the presentation to the ingredients and taste, you can both see and taste the mile of difference between his and “the others”. Loved it.

Very Disappointing
My husband and I have just eaten the Chicken Alexander.
At £11 it was the most expensive ready meal we have ever had. I was appalled how little chicken there was and how hard and chewy it was. The sauce was very tasty but there wasn't much else. We have enjoyed other Charlie Bigham meals before but the standard and portion sizes have deteriorated. Very disappointed.

Nowhere big enough for 2 people ☹️
I likke most of his meals but didnt like the meatball one, I always buy the meals for 2 people and every single one of them are no way big enough for 2 people Does he think that is enough for 2 adults, I always have to cook and prepare more potatoes or buy something to go with each meal So annoying when he charges such a high price for them and greedy as he must make millions and millions out of his customers ☹️ So many reviews say the same about portion size Why does he not take note and do something about it Greedy man ☹️

Lovely tasty food, but Charlie, I don't understand why you insist on oven cooking.
In red thai curry, for instance, the chicken is pre-cooked; if you cut a piece in half before cooking the dish it is obviously cooked. In any case raw food can be safely cooked in a microwave, that is the whole point of a microwave oven - it COOKS food. If your sauce ingredients are raw they too can be 'cooked ' in a microwave.
Please, just give people instructions for alternate methods of cooking.
Thank you for your delicious food, but why is such drama necessary?

Best Paella I have had for years
Hello,
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed eating your Paella. It was glorious ! The slices of chorizo were generous, the king prawns were numerous and the chicken was tender and tasty. I loved every mouthful .

Had a veg lasagna there was no pasta to…
Had a veg lasagna there was no pasta to taste it was so over cooked that there was no taste to it. I I cooked for the recommended time but it turned into baby food no texture at all. Would not recommend this product.

The lasagna goid but very pricey.
The lasagna was quite nice, but at £10 I could have made lots and better. The green packaging (other than carboard sleeve) cant be recycled because its contaminated with food... better to have used aluminium. Personally I'd stick with "best/finest" products at half the price.

Regarding our trays, while they aren't currently recyclable, they are compostable and designed to break down in under 12 months in the right conditions. We're also actively exploring ways to make disposal easier in the future through UK composting and food waste schemes.
